I usually love Subway. But the employee's making the sandwiches need some training at this one. It bothers me to see someone making my sandwich tossing the ingredients on my sandwich, and then tossing it back into it's container. This subway is the only one I have ever been to that they do not place the ingredients on the sandwich and place the food back into their containers. It makes it look like they are feeding the farm animals, just toss the food around. I have actually stopped going to this Subway. Letters to the manager did not good at all.If the employee does not like this job - go get another. Management, either train them or get rid of them.

Drop in for lunch on a bus trip to Chicago.A group of us were seated and Jami D. was our server .We all ordered ( ribs. salmon, salad bar and hamburger sliders). The food did take awhile to arrived. One person in the group ribs were so dry she couldn't cut them with her knife. My sliders were very dry. Jamie returned to our table and when we told her about our food, her reply was 'What's wrong with the food"Apparently she didn't understand what we were saying. She should have offered to get the 2 of us another meal instead of questioning us.Jami did bring back a rib and 2 sliders but she was so disrespectful when we told her about the food,I was afraid to eat mine.I didn't trust her at this point. If Jami had spent as much time with us as you did texting,I do think this could have been a better experienced. She also charged me for a coke I didn't order,I drank water..
The Great American Grill is the full-service dining operation at Hilton Garden Inn at Edinburgh, and while we live 15 miles away in Columbus, we often prefer to travel here for breakfast on weekends. The dining room is comfortable, well-furnished in contemporary style, and immaculately maintained. The servers are unfailingly cordial, efficient, and attentive. There are all the typical breakfast buffet items--pastries, fresh fruit, cereals, bagels, yogurt, juices (You know the drill), and also hot items such as bacon, sausages, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, and the like. Then, there are made-to-order offerings such as omelets of your choice, French toast, waffles, hot cakes--You get the idea. The coffee is good and hot, too. We find the price to be very right, less than we often spend at national chain breakfast joints (You know who they are!) for less food of lower quality. As I said earlier, this is one of our Favorites.

True country cooking! The pork tenderloins was HUGE! There was enough for 4 people to eat! The spicy chicken sandwich was good too! Our waitress was sweet, kind and very personable!

Friendly and homey, with a relaxed small-town atmosphere and friendly waitresses. This is a great alternative to the chain restaurants, and is located in quaint downtown Edinburgh. It offers typical cafe fare, with a Southern cooking daily special. The lunch food was only okay, but I find all Midwestern food to be pretty bland anyway. Open for breakfast and lunch only.

Here on business, ate a quick dinner with an associate. Had a very friendly, efficient waitress who checked on us regularly without being bothersome. She was great! Tried their two dinners for $22 special - food was good, good proportions, quite enjoyable at such a reasonable price. We went for an early dinner on a Friday evening, and it was very quiet, just the way I like it. Can definitely recommend this restaurant.

We were seated right away, the sweet tea was way too seat. Our server promptly replaced it , but still made a point that we ordered sweet tea. Out vegetarian burgers arrived and one of the members got the burger very hard ( half burnt ).The manager politely came out to see us, offered to replace it. I would recommend sticking with the other chains in the area. Service - 2.5/5Food - 2.5/5Overall - 3/5Extra .5 for management's offer to replace the meal and being polite.

Cracker Barrel is reliable in each of its venues. This one appears especially focused on a cooperative team effort. Food is fresh and delivered quickly. Nevertheless, presentation is clearly not one of Cracker Barrel's strengths. Voiced concerns are resolved quickly.

Stopped in two nights ago and was seated and helped by a very nice server. Ordered a beer and looked over the menu. Ordered a Buffalo burger with onion rings. Onion rings were good, burger was not so. Burger had some weird seasoning with cheese and BBQ sauce. Complete disappointment on the burger.
