Locally owned and operated business with a full menu and bar, outdoor tiki beer, pub style bar located downstairs and 7 rooms for rental. Daily specials Wednesday thru Sunday.
Slow Terrible service, warm flat draft beer- for two different draft beers! The tater tot appetizer was good. The fish fry (haddock) came out hot but there was too much breading on the fish for my husband and my taste. Overall we were very disappointed and will not be returningWere very sorry you didn't enjoy your visit, our haddock special is one of our most popular specials, we would have been happy to remake the dish or even get you something else from our menu. We were experiencing some difficulties with our drafts system and have called in maintenance to rectify the issue, We truly hope you change your mind and give us another chance. Our crab stuffed walleye is a great choice if someone doesn't enjoy the beer battered fish.

We had absolutely delicious food here! We had chicken divan homemade soup that was amazing! I had the Sicilian sub and my husband had the BLT turkey sub. The bread sub bun was delicious. The sandwiches were beautifully prepared with delicious flavors which melded together in such a flavorful way. The coleslaw side was delicious. We highly recommend this restaurant in Boyne City, MI. The owners are delightful people. They want to retire but the community wonât let them! We had a wonderful lunch experience at their lovely restaurant!
We first went before they passed no smoking laws. Never to return- cough, cough. Then we went with friends to a live band night. It was fun. It is not about he food. Sat. night is the night in the summer! Lots of grease but good service.

The waitress had our attention. She was so caring and friendly that we knew we made the right choices. The food was beyond great and we spent time enjoying the atmosphere. She was helpful with the choices of drinks and kept her humor while waiting on us. Great experience

The third installment of The Round Lake Group, the Boyne City Tap Room is home to a phenomenal American tinged bistro menu, 40 handles of American craft beer, craft cocktails, and a beautiful selection of wine.
Boyne City Tap Room has some potential in their dining area and outside patio. Nice dark woods and a variety of seating arrangements. Unfortunately that is where the good stops and the very average takes over.Beer - average. Literally everyone thinks they are a vintner or brewer these days and literally not everyone has those skills. Making it harder and harder to find a good local winery or brewery. Boyne City Tap Room falls in the wanna be category.Their beers were very average and their food was the same. I actually got a bit sick and bloated the next day after eating here - not sure it was their food / beer; but it didn't help. My wife agreed with my assessment. So, when in Boyne city if you are looking for local beer grab something from the liquor store and drink it at your hotel; boat, cabin; condo; whatever and you will be much happier. As for food I really don't think there is anyplace good in Boyne City except Cafe Sante and they are great!!!

Iconic American pub cuisine. Simple food, made with care, using local ingredients when it makes sense. Featuring 26 craft and domestic beers.
We stopped here for lunch and were happy with our experience. I had the club sandwich and chips. The chips were made there and were excellent. The free WiFi was a great feature that more restaurants should have. The bathroom was clean and the set was excellent. My kids enjoyed a game of Uno before the food arrived. I will gladly return:

I never knew this place existed but it has literally all of the qualities of a great, casual, Northern Michigan lakeside restaurant. Came here after a day on a boat and jet-ski. Great, casual atmosphere right on Lake Charlevoix with good views of boats and dockside dining offered. Service was excellent! Staff was extremely friendly and tried to be accommodating, considering this place is always busy it seems. Menu is small, but something for everyone. Very good food all around with a lot of local offerings. Fresh, casual food.Highly recommend for a good restaurant to come to off the boat, beach or a place to get good views of the Lake Charlevoix in Ironton.

Every time we come to our annual Ellsworth winter trip, we stop once for a morning breakfast here. Yummy food, cheap prices (all a donation for a total volunteer run place that serves the communities less fortunate! The back of the menu explains it beautifully). Nothing fancy what so ever. My kinda place. If you love small towns and being part of another purpose besides feeding your face, please come here!!! P.S. Just my recommendation..... Pay the recommended price, and then tip generously.

We are a deli and specialty food market in Boyne City, Michigan. Like the tagline says, we're about good things to eat and drink. Made by hand whenever feasible, made with passion always--whether we're making it ourselves or buying it from a producer we a
this is my second review of this place, since my first review i can happily say, they are consistently good, using good , fresh ingredients. i tend to stick with with what i love, and although they have many mouth watering choices, i always get the Vote for sal. corned beef with homemadeslaw, swiss, thousand island dressing on pumpernickel. the bread is always soft and tasty, and all the flavors blend into a avalanch of deliciousness. i went on a rare recent sunny day, place was packed with locals , ( always a great sign) grabbed my sandwich and went over to the park and ate my lunch on the bay. great food, great view. highly recomend. service is great, atmosphere is awesome, seriously, if you live near here and havent gone, its time! go here! since i gave you this advice, i know you will give me cuts in line when i arrive, your welcomeWhat a nice way to end my day! Thank you so much!

Great pizza menu and happy hour. The bartender and staff are friendly and attentive. The place is done in a spectacular fashion. The layout and materials are very fitting to the historical history of the building. Full bar and some draft beers as we as regular brews. Their pizza selections are unique. The appetizers are not deep fried choices. The cheese sticks seemed more baked than the deep fried grease kind. Outdoor patio and upstairs seating. A coffee house and deli are in the complex.
