Stopped in here for some desert one day last week. Friendly staff and good service. Thought about eating supper here but decided to go to the casino instead. Easy parking and such. Sort of a standard Braums. Nice though.

Branding iron is a fairly average place to eat. Decent food with a nice little salad bar. For a quick decent meal it's a good place.

This is a new restaurant in town and we decided to go out Sunday morning to eat. It was around 10am but we were delighted to know we could order off of the lunch menu. My mother-in-law ordered the chicken fried steak, my wife ordered the patty melt and I ordered a gyro. The chicken fried steak was juicy and tender and there was plenty leftover to take home for lunch the next day. My wifeâs patty melt was excellent, loaded with mushrooms and Swiss cheese. The gyro was very flavorful and definitely something I would recommend. We are not breakfast food people but the dishes we saw around us looked delicious. We will absolutely be going back !

We were visiting Durant for medical and decided to eat afterwards. Seeking a family local diner we found Bob's. The place isn't much to look at on the outside but the food will surprise you. I really like seeking out local diner's for their chicken fried steaks. Bob's was a surprise. The steak was tender with a great batter served with real mashed potatoes and cream gravy. Sides of okra with butter toast. Service was quick and the waitress very friendly while answering questions about the menu. It would be a mistake to miss the place if you like home cooked style dinning.

Everything we ate on this buffet was pretty much average. There was a good variety of choices, and the service people were very nice and accomodating. Nothing was over-the-top good or bad, but we had plenty to eat, and the price wasn't outrageeous - we'd go back, but with realistic expectations.

There were five of us that each had something different. Everyone was happy with what they chose. The mac and cheese was great-creamy and cheesey. The ribs were raved about and fall off the bone tender. Salad greens were fresh. Smoked chicken was dry but tasted okay smothered in BBQ sauce. I would eat here again but it wouldn't be at the top of my list (I had the chicken), but I would come for the mac and cheese.

We decided to try the 1832 Steakhouse with a little of my winnings! The decorating is very pleasant and comfortable. We ordered oysters on the half shell, wedge and caesar saladNew York Strip steak and fully loaded baked potato. The oysters were average, the wedge salad was VERY small and not really a wedge (two pieces cut from lettuce head), the caesar was very good, the steak was fatty and the potato never came until after finished with my meal! The server was WONDERFUL and removed the $9 baked potato from the bill. Will not return. I think the steak place across the parking lot may be better! We will try it next time!

Our last BBQ stop in Texas for this trip, and it was really good. Friendly staff, nice atmosphere. No hush puppies here though :( Fries are seasoned nicely, they give a very good amount of food as well.

We had a Saturday lunch with family. We started with the fried pickle appetizer which tasted good but was over salted. My wife had the chicken fried steak sandwich and I had the spicy chicken sandwich which was a buffalo sauced chicken breast. The chicken fried steak sandwich was huge and very flavorful. The spicy chicken sandwich was excellent and they had good ranch. This normally comes with blue cheese so make sure to ask for ranch if you do not like blue cheese. The atmosphere of the place is great. The service was very slow however. Hopefully this is an exception and not the norm as we gave been here multiple times and never had a problem.

The barbecue is fantastic! -- but also check out the breakfasts. As my grand-daughter said, they are a-m-a-z-i-n-g. The homemade breakfast biscuits are true comfort food; the breakfast protein bowl is yummy; and the pancakes are indescribably good.Dinner portions, particularly the baked potatoes, are huge. The only downside is the minimal veggies available other than green beans and slaw.
