Planned on stopping in for dinner. Saw Dixieâs Biergarten across street. Checked there about food, and found out about a great double play combo. You can enjoy the food from the Good Times Grill while at Dixieâs. They delivered some excellent nachos, Ruebens and bbq pork sandwich across street while we sat outside. A win win for everyone. Food was excellent. Try it.

Small tap room with outdoor and indoor seating. You can try several of the Toppling Goliath brews, with pretzels to accompany. There is a shop to purchase beer and merchandise. A must stop for the beer afficionado in NE Iowa.

with much anticipation but disappointed. Food was average and presentation was not so great. Waiter and waitress was not so polite. Certainly friendly with some but not with us who were different than Caucasians who dined that particular evening. We were not even asked for water refills. We had to ask for it. No one pay attention to our table until we finished. But others were constantly checked for their comfort throughout the evening. Decided to never dine this place again.

This resaurant has great atmosphere and for the most part, great service. However, the food used to be much better. A lot of it now tastes like microwaved food. If I want that, I can stay at home and save money.

At Family Table, weâve been serving up simply delicious comfort food for over three decades. Originally an A&W root beer stand as far back as the â50s, today the Family Table is a local landmark that was fully renovated in 2003. Weâre a favorite here in D
We stopped for a pleasant lunch during our travels and found this restaurant to have good food, friendly service and clean restrooms; the âbig 3â in travel meals. Their tongue in cheek signage brought a few smiles in the process. Thank you!

Unfortunately the cucumbers and the pickles were the only thing on the menu that was good. I wouldn't go back!

I love the Norwegian menu options besides traditional and...breakfast all day. Score! That being said the prices I thought were steep. I got the Ole special: 2 eggs, toast, hash browns w/ sausage gravy: $12.99. Barely any sausage in there. I also ordered coffee. If you are a coffee fan, skip it & go to the coffee shops in town. It was watery. Also ordered pancakes-delish.Friend got the lefse wrap sandwich with turkey & lingonberry jam. 12.99. No fries, soup or salad came with it. She said it was good but the meat was like deli meat.

We had planned to dine at Rubaiyat, but they were not open on Tuesdays. So we found this place and made a reservation. Drinks were good and unique selections available. I had the Dark & Stormy- rum, ginger beer, limeade with a lime only $8. Tasty! My daughter ordered the Salmon Special. I ordered the Seared Steelhead Trout. When the entrees arrived, I saw that I had salmon on my plate so I thought they had given me my daughter's order. We switched, after taking a few bites, I realized that this plate also had salmon, and the wrong sides. My daughter now had my order with the proper sides. We finished eating the ones we first traded. I was really looking forward to the trout, but finished the salmon anyway (too hungry to wait any longer). Too bad for this mix up in an otherwise very nice place to dine. I noticed a guy sitting at the bar next to our table had ordered the trout, and actually DID receive trout. We spent nearly $200 here for four people... Quite high priced entrees for what is received. Wish we could have gone to Rubaiyat, we have dined there twice previously and both times excellent. With better care on orders and a bit lower prices on entrees, this would rate 5 stars.

T-Bock's is your favorite local sports bar featuring a huge selection of tap beer -- twenty-two, to be exact! Serving lunch and dinner, we are famous for our burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers. Lunch specials are made from scratch Monday through Friday.
While walking down Main Street in Decorah, looking for a place to eat. We came across T-Bockâs. (On a side note. If you want to eat in Decorah. Do it early. Everywhere seem to close earlyâ¹ï¸) T-Bockâs is clean & serves food all day. Staff were very friendly. Good menu with a variety of food options. Extensive beer selection. Donât be put off by the peanut shells on the floor, the oil in the shells help to keep the wood floor shiny. For the fan of a good burger, try the âHoly Cowâ ultimate double bacon cheeseburger. On a nice day, great place to Site outside & watch the world go by.

Had the spinach ravioli with chicken parm. Chicken was a bit dry/over cooked we thought. Waitress was kinda rude when we pointed out price difference for a happy hour drink. She was in a bad mood I think and it kind of killed our mood a bit. I have been here many times though and have absolutely loved it, so I will be back, I think I/they just had an off night. Great beer selection!
