There are a few tables, some booths, and a long counter with seats. Lots of young folks there (not a criticism, just a commentary). We went with friends for dinner. I had a juicy pimento cheeseburger, which was well prepared. I had the very good sweet potato fries, which looked much better than the tater tots two other got. My wife had the salmon wrap, which she enjoyed. The service was, well, not that good. The "attentiveness" was spotty. When the server brought water, she spilled some, and said, "oh," and left, making no effort to clean it up. We wiped it up with several napkins. Not good.

We really enjoyed our meal at Flatiron Kitchen. All four of us had something different and everyone agreed the food was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Our server was delightful and made great suggestions. Nice craft beer and drink list. Great atmosphere with indoor and outdoor seating. Buzzing bar scene.

Mac's is very casual, with either outdoor or indoor seating. We were with a large group, but the staff did its best to keep up. I'd have to say the food is a step above your typical bar food; the food at Mac's is very tasty and nicely presented. Prices weren't too bad, either.

Excellent all around! Kale salad was sooooo good....Iâve eaten a LOT of kale salads and this one is by far the best! I also had salmon cakes which were incredible along with roasted asparagus. I was amazed at how big the portions were....wow. Delicious meal friendly waiter and staff. I will be back!!

Came here because not many restaurants open on Monday on advice of colleague. I had Shrimp and Scallop Linguini. Took the broccoli, spinach and asparagus out. Delicious sauce. Pan Seared Scallops appetizer was enough for a dinner for some one not that hungry. Shrimp and Beets Salad another great appetizer for some one not that hungry. All in all great atmosphere and service dog friendly.

We went from eating here 3 times a month to just not eating here as the food and service went downhill and the prices went up. We reluctantly tried Brick House Tavern again this weekend as the restaurant we wanted to try wasnât open. We are glad we did. The food was dramatically improved and service was better. Not all went perfect as they forgot to put an egg on my spinach salad. I had steak put on my salad and it was cooked to perfection. We used to like getting the chicken wings, but they cost way too much for an appetizer. They used to be a lot cheaper. We will try coming here again and hope to find things to our liking.

High end Breakfast, Lunch and Brunch without the high end prices!
While waiting to pick our daughter up from camp at the beautiful Davidson campus, we stopped to have breakfast at the Famous Toastery. We loved it!! They have outdoor seating in the back and front. Either would be a great option on a nice day. The back is shady, but the front allows for some great people and dog watching. Lots of people strolling with their dogs on this main downtown strip for Davidson. Had incredible gluten free toast. The service was excellent! We will definitely eat at the Famous Toastery again when we are in Davidson!

Food was good company was wonderful our server role with hysterically funny we had a great time with him table some a little small so we would not advise ordering a salad in or appetizers in and a main entree because everything came out really fast but the quality was good and the conversation was marvelous

Treated our adult kids to dinner. Everyone loved their selections. Service was excellent, water glasses were frequently refilled, courses were spaced out nicely and not rushed, fish tasted fresh, perfect experience. Our selections: mussels, blackened mahi, chopped salad with salmon, lobster ravioli.Tinamr4915kd, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Red Rocks Cafe: Birkdale Village.
