Best tomato pies in NJ, hands down. Great salads too! Nice atmosphere and good service make this a perfect stop if visiting the Princeton area. Ordering hint: pies have very thin crust, so if you don't like a burnt edge, order the pie "light".Just be prepared for a wait for a table, but it's worth it.

Impromptu stop at Di Mattia's Tuesday night. (We had not been there in more than 10 years) So glad we went back! Food was spectacular. Mussels Fra Diablo & roasted long hot peppers for apps. Phenomenal NY Strip perfectly rare topped with Gorgonzola & shrimp, as well as penne with broccoli rabe, roasted sausage and peppers. Nick is a warm and welcoming host, as well as an excellent chef. Kim made us feel right at home; service was exemplary. Unfortunately, we made it all the way home before realizing we'd forgotten our leftovers... I almost cried. We will absolutely go back.

Good burgers and fries and value. Cashier who took care of my order barely knew about my reserved printed ticket food order. It would help a lot if you get us (customers) a covered warm conditioned area for eating during fall/winter season because food get cold within 1 minute, literaly.
First time in the new bar/restaurant at this golf course. Bar was great, and fully stocked, and Scott the bar tender was very nice. The restaurant consisted of a few tables around the bar, menu small, food was nothing special, portions small, and certainly not worth the price you have to pay for it. To many nicer placer along my way home from golf, if I wanted to stop to eat. I would not go back to the Sunset restaurant for any type of meal again.

My husband and I stopped for lunch and it was such a great experience. The menu has many options from burgers, salads, cold sandwiches and hot sandwiches. We shared a bowl of chili to start and it was very good. I had a French Dip and my husband had a turkey club. Both sandwiches were big and full of meat. I brought half of mine home! Service was fast and friendly and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Friendly place with a huge bar, booths and tables. Big open space, not particularly romantic. Family friendly but not noisy and off-putting. TVs. Live entertainment on weekends, maybe other days as well. Not a huge menu but offers appetizers, salads, sandwiches and entrees both meat and seafood. Very well priced. Had hanger steak which is wonderfully tender and delicious. Also balsamic chicken, good!Drinks are good, servers friendly and attentive.

There is a good senior discount for those 65 and older for dining between 4-6 PM. There is a large selection of items which include a salad bar and bread board, two sides, dessert and coffee or tea. The pork chop entree was very good. The onion soup was excellent with lots of onions and ample amount of cheese.

I ordered the pan fried pork chops stuffed with mozzarella cheese and prosciutto and covered with mushroom brown sauce similar to a marsala. The portions are giant and the food is always awesome. We also had the Jack Daniel's hot wings and they were delicious, my son loved them. My wife had a NY strip steak and it was cooked perfect and delicious. My son had one of their burgers, everything was great. We've been there a few times before and travel roughly 35-40 minutes from our home to get there, and we will always go back.
