We went for lunch today and we were very impressed. Very friendly server, Sandy, and the other guests were just as friendly. We each had a beer and we started with chicken wings. The wings were huge, not those tiny bony things you usually get. They were served with lots of celery. Then came our burgers. They were huge and delicious! Everything was freshly prepared and hot. We have a nice take home box for a snack tonight. If we lived here, this would be our go to place. So instead we will visit every time we pass through. Thanks Sandy! You made our lunch a fun experience.

Quaint venue for seafood right on north bound hi-way 101. I had the fried oysters sandwich and my side choice was fries. Small fresh oysters and reminded me of some of the best po boys Iâve had. Fried to perfection. I tasted my husbands cod and it was great too. I really liked the slaw. Iâm not usually a slaw fan but I really liked this one. Itâs fresh and not loaded with mayo. Glad we tried it.

We stopped in for the breakfast special, under $7.00 and includes coffee. The eggs were cooked to order, bacon was delicious and the hash browns crispy. You also get one piece of toast. The staff was friendly. Place was clean and they have the cutest breakfast menus. All the prices are reasonable. I will make it a point to go back for a shake & burger as the reviews are all quite positive.

This is far & away the BEST food in Coos Bay! Off the beaten path, but worth looking for. Grilled, Fresh, Friendly, and always EXCELLENT food. Local's favorite!
This is my favorite place to have a ribeye steak. The place is small, but they have an outside patio area, heated.Their only drawback is they serve margarine instead of butter. I asked them why & long story short, the waitress said that we are allowed to bring butter in with us, if we desire, a decent compromise.

This quaint local breakfast/lunch restaurant is a real find. The offer several types of freshly baked muffins.. the bran muffin was delicious! Portions are large and the staff friendly. My veggie omelette was great. The bowl of oatmeal offered several topping that enhance the common menu item. Itâs worth the stop!

This is one of many trips to this restaurant. It is really great fun. You throw peanut shells on the floor and the Nuts in your family are edible. Even our Coupon was out of date they honored it. This restaurant is located by Motel 8 on the NorthBound 101 or on southbound First left on 101. Enjoy

This small restaurant on the main downtown drag (S. Broadway aka Hwy 101) is conveniently located in a little pocket of restaurants near the embarcadero. It has a hip, trendy feel with the string lighting, assortment of seemingly random tables and chairs, and quaint decor. While the food was good (average fish & chips and good halibut burger) and prices reasonable, the service was plainly average. We got a good indication of the service to come when our party of 2 took approximately 20 minutes to be seated at one of the three 2-top tables along the front window, while there were three vacant and clean 4-top tables sitting open in the middle of the dining floor. In fact a line of 3 more couples formed behind us while those 3 larger tables sat idle and we all stood around waiting for one of the three 2-tops to finally open up. Apparently it's their policy to not sit couples at a table that could maybe, possibly be used for a foursome at some point in the evening? Weird. Our waiter was not terribly attentive either, getting water refills or clearing our empty plates and only checked in with us once during the entire meal before dropping off the check. While not a bad experience, we had better fish & chips at another popular spot in Coos Bay, and we'll likely skip SharkBites the next time we're in Coos Bay.

Sandwich shop
This is our family's go to place for lunch. It is very popular so go early or be prepared to wait a few minutes. You order at the counter, get your own beverages and select a table. The food is brought out to you. The serve is quick. The bread is outstanding (we actually order rolls for X-mas) and fresh baked. There a large menu with soups, salads, sandwiches, wraps, and desserts. All the food is very good so explore the options.

We are a little brewery dedicated to local quality. We offer great beer, Oregon Wines, and locally distilled spirits as well as a small, seasonal, locally sourced menu. We have lovely outdoor seating and live music almost every night we are open. We are f
Our party had a few different items fromThe menu. The potato soup is great along with the fried tuna, Mac and cheese, chicken, the Reuben sandwich was especially good and the fries were awesome (like homemade)!!!
