Centerville is a city in and the county seat of Appanoose County, Iowa, United States. The population was 5,528 in the 2010 census, a decline from 5,924 in 2000. After the turn of the 20th century Centerville had a booming coal mining industry that attracted many European immigrants. The city today remains the home of many Swedish-Americans, Italian-Americans, Croatian-Americans, Albanian-Americans and others descended from immigrants who worked in the mines.

We had wonderful service and the food was okay. It wasn't the quality I would expect from a restaurant where prices were a little high. Still, in a small town, it's hard to find a good place to eat and this one is average. The waitress and drink staff went above and beyond. We'll be returning.Thanks for the feedback! We look forward to having you back.

We took a large group here and the staff was very accomodating. The atmosphere was nothing out of the ordinary, but was relaxing and pleasant.We all had the supper buffet. The choices were a little limited when compared to a larger restaurant, but the food on the buffet was very good. The fried chicken and mashed potatoes were especially excellent. The salad bar portion of the buffet was very good as well with fresh ingredients. My companions that had the ham said it melted in their mouths. The cooked vegetables were also cooked just right. The buffet had several dessert choices. The blackberry cobbler was excellent. There is also soft ice cream (very good on the cobbler), pie choices and cake as well. No-one in our party ordered off the menu so I don't know how that food fares, but the buffet is very good.

Myself and two buddies (hailing from Nebraska, Illinois, and Wisconsin) went to Centerville Iowa to fly our drones. We ventured into Centerville, and what a great little city. We saw Lula's Baker & Cupcake Maker, and went inside. We were so shocked and happy at the same time. A great variety of cookies, cupcakes, and even "Sour Cream raisin pie". I loved it. Everything is home made, and the heirlooms that were on showcase (antique oven/fridge/ect) were something to see as well. Presentation gets an A+, location and ease of which to find it gets and A+, and I would go back in a heart beat. If you want fresh cookies/cup cakes/pie, run don't walk. I loved it.

This Hardees is like most typical Hardee's; the burgers are messy and real good to eat. This location I have eat at many times while in town working and the area is always kept clean and the people have always been friendly. Go ahead, give it a try.

Food was typical for a KFC however the teller was not enthused to be working the few days that we stopped in for lunch. If you really don't like your job, try something else. The food was good and the dinner room area was acceptable and mostly clean. I would come back.,
