This is a recently renovated franchise that is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and food was hot and fresh. Our group had a mix of items off the menu. The Grand Turkey Club is awesome. The Beef Brisket sandwich was massive and well stuffed with beef. My only complaint was that the sauce is now in a dispensable pump, vs the individual packets. I normally like to grab a few extras of Horsy Sauce for the road. Overall a great franchise and we will be back.

Never leave your hood without a great belly warming meal from Corams... Definitely a great comfort food stop...
I ordered clam strips which seemed to have more batter than normal. COle slaw was excellent and green beans were obviously canned and boring. Hubby tried Alaskan Salmon which he said was very good. However, the rice was too salty to eat but cole slaw was fine.

Looking for a quick lunch somewhere nearby, we chose Beef 'O'Brady's.We found a table near the window. Our server Carolina introduced herself and brought our menus. She was very patient while we viewed the many items. We waited almost 30 minutes for our plates, however, the food was worth the wait. The holdup seemed to be in the kitchen. We assume they are still short-staffed since Hurricane Michael. The poblano chicken lettuce wraps (actually a deconstructed salad) consisted of Romaine lettuce leaves stuffed with grilled seasoned poblano chicken and wonton strips drizzled with poblano dressing. It was light, crunchy and delicious. The Angus cheeseburger wrap with Angus beef, American cheese, mustard, pickle, mayo, and tomatoes pressed in a flour tortilla was finished on the grill which created a crisp finish. The beef was well done, but tasty and the cheese moistened the filling. Fries were served on the side.

We had to wait awhile, but understandable considering the atmosphere of the restaurant. A wonderful outdoor restaurant that sits right on the water. Fun watching small boats cruise up to the restaurant and place their orders. I got the fried oyster basket and it was very filling! We would definitely come here again........when we're in the area! Not in the near future!

I can't say enough about this place. Service food and that warm home feeling atmosphere is WONDERFUL. I recommend the t'maters OMG! And I tell ya I have tried the pork chops to fry chicken and the steak and they're all fantastic my favorite side is the baked beans and the rice and beans wow taste like something my mom would make. Really gonna love it. 5stars across the board. Management was very attentive courteous and she just had such a wonderful inviting kind smile.

Like everyone else in this part of town, JRs was severely damaged by Hurricane Michael. Thankfully, unlike many, they were able to repair and rebuild and the family is back in BBQ business, making delicious brisket and pulled pork for hungry residents and contractors. This is a wonderful mom & pop restaurant and the slice beef brisket sandwich with spicy sauce is amazing. Go by and say hi, get some tasty lunch or dinner!

While working with Florida Baptist Disaster Relief in Panama City we have eaten at Gene's twice, so far. We will return. The raw oysters are delicious, fresh, opened at the bar in front of you. The clam chowder is equally delicious, as are the fried shrimp, oysters and grouper. This place has been in business for many years and is a delightful experience. Don't be surprised if you have to wait for a seat. It's worth the wait.

Say the reviews on Trip Advisor and decided to give it try. The smoked tuna dip was delicious! The Mahi Mahi was quite good too. The broccoli was seasoned well, and the Mac & Cheese was perfect. The staff was friendly and efficient. We even met Gary. Would go again!

Went here for our final night in Panama City Beach and were expecting a great meal due to the TripAdvisor ratings⦠Hope it was just a fluke, but it was awful.... we were SO disappointed.... our waitress was very nice but we didnât see her for 15 minutes at a time⦠One hour and 40 minutes later we still had not gotten our dinner while three tables around us were turned over with desserts and all⦠Manager comped a large portion of our meal but obviously we would have rather had a wonderful meal and evening....waitress said the meal was taking a long time because one of us ordered a well done steak (?), but when it finally did come it was still pink ... my steak was not good either...Salmon was said to be very good but our appetizers were cold⦠I was embarrassed of course for recommending it (because of Trip Advisor, never having been there myself).. it was just a sad ending to a beautiful week
