I was enticed by the Hardee's ads and coupons for new hamburgers. The first trip was Ok, but the second trip reminded me why I don't go here even though it's closest to home. I walked in and ordered and realized that the two people there had ordered and were waiting on the meal. I looked back and realized that the four occupied tables all had numbers on them waiting for orders also. There were three employees standing in the front staring at one cook who was making one sandwich at a time! Finally another employee joined the cook to speed things up but it was still a ten minute wait for a cheeseburger. This is routine at this place and why I usually don't go here.

Chicken is consistently off in texture like it is not quite cooked through. Some staff borderline rude. If the family demands chick fill a and this the the one nearby I will go hungry rather than eat here.

Big sign out front. Sunday All Day BuffetWe ordered the all day buffet. the waitress said they would be restocking the food in a few minutes. We watch for better the 30 minutes. Never Happened! Manager came out and explained they were out of food for the buffet. Ask us if we wanted a regular menu. We said sure. The waitress came over to take our order But before doing so she said they were out of hamburger and cheese steak buns. We Left never to return.

Zaxby's has wonderful food in the first place. But last night they hosted a spirit night for our Dance Team. They showed the girls how to wipe down counters and tables, provided them with an opportunity to make money, and are greatly in support of community events.

Prices were reasonable and food was good as usual but man, the service was slowwwwww. Took maybe 7-9 minutes before anyone even came to our table and then we couldn't get ketchup or water refills in any satisfactory abound of time. Restaurant wasn't busy either - our server had us and 2 other tables. It was frustrating. Restaurant was clean. Hostess and managers weren't typically friendly either - instead seemed indifferent of our presence at best.

Our Red Hats ate here for lunch the other day while we tasted their local wines. Our Server was very helpful and brought out our Caprese Salad and Ham and Cheese Sandwich out in a timely manner. However my sandwich as well as some of my friends, had been burned on the top by the Chef. We decided not to complain but ate around the burnt parts. The tasting was great and a good time was had by all!.Hey Penny, thanks so much for your review. I am so sorry to hear about the burnt croissants. We will take extra care to make sure this does not happen again. We loved having your group in and would be happy to offer you free meals on your next visit to replace the ones from this trip. Came to Alabama from Wisconsin and had barbecue on the itinerary. We were not disappointed at the tin top bar-b-que! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and fast! We had HUGE pork sandwiches that were awesome! Highly recommend the banana pudding! Itâs a little out of the way but worth the drive!
