"Just a little mom and pop restaurant just off Hwy. 27 just south of Somerset".
The breakfast was typical diner food. The pancakes weren't anything special, and the biscuits and gravy were good. Portions are big here. Don't order the Kentucky Hotbrown. They use a nacho cheese type of sauce on it and it's not very good.

This restaurant is very busy, kinda noisy, but very good food and service. I had the ny strip steak, chili, and fries, all very delicious . My wife had roadkill lol. It was a nice chopped steak smothered in mushroom and onion and jack cheese. Very good. They have a nice selection of sides. She had nicely seasoned green beans and baked potatoes. Very good beer selection. Our server, Devon, was first rate.

Casual American Dining in a relaxed atmosphere. Pasta, Steaks, Seafood and much more.
A group of about 20 made an unplanned visit for dinner as we were staying nearby, food was great and plentiful and the waitress coped really well with the sudden influx of diners. H can highly recommend the margaritas which were a bargain at $2. My chicken was really tender and moist too.
This is a very small, but full service restaurant run very efficiently by two great Chefs. Special notes on the salmon and pork chop dinners and best wings in Somerset by far!Located inside Woodson Bend Resort, just call Security and tell them you are dining. Well worth the trip....

On our recent Girls Night we decided to try someplace new! We chose Muggbees! It was a GREAT decision. The service was friendly, quick, and eager to please. The food was very GOOD. I had the Barbecue platter, with ribs and chicken, YUMMY. The other girls had the Chicken and Dumplins, which they said were the best they ever had and one had the Open Faced Roast Beef. The portions are huge and our waitress was EXCELLANT. Can not wait to go back!!
Chef Michael and Chef Ed did an incredible job. They said they never had Vegan no oil but you would have know it. Just crazy great! Started with cucumber with pickled onion on top. Salad with strawberry dressing was crazy good. Finished with cauliflower steak marinated with curry and topped with a red sauce. Just over the top. They both came to our table to check on us because we were their first vegans!!!!! Would not have believed it. Sent them a bottle of caymus as an appreciation and it was not enough. We will be back. BTW jamie was our server. She was fantastic and you should ask for her table.

I would say that overall itâs a great place for the food and the atmosphere. BUT the wait staff seem sometimes a little too âcoolâ to pay attention to âregularâ people. So donât be surprised if they get things mixed up and serve warm, not hot pizza, like they did tonight or the wrong order like last time, But eventually they will get you your order right if you keep asking.Tonight they were out of clean forks. , but....Great pizza!Ernie, I am so sorry for your most recent experience with us. Our goal is to provide all of our guests with the best service and product. Unfortunately, this time we failed to do so. This was a very disappointing stop during our vacation. Especially, with previous reviews, and at the recommendation of a friend. Took our family of five there, service was nothing short of horrible. Only three tables seated, food came out in pieces as they were not sure which one of the three tables the food went too. We ordered their recommended hamburger, a cheese steak, and a couple appetizers. NOTHING is fresh made, everything tasted as it was right from the shelf at GFS. tried a muffin and a donut as well, tasted as though they were about a week old. Extremely disappointed with this place, it bill was $74.00, and we could have gotten better food at McDonald's. Most of our food remained on the table when we left.

We started with loaded fries. They serve them with ranch dressing. It was the perfect combination. We both had their dinner salads. They have plenty of extra veggies. Again, very good. Hubby had fish and chips. Light breading, moist and flaky.Prime rib sandwich. I ordered without the bread, sauteed onions (definitely worth the $2) and baked sweet potato ~ Friday night special for $10.Ask for Stephanie. Excellent waitress, just the right amount of attention.

Taken there by relatives we were visiting. Great view of Lake Cumberland from the deck.. The best spinach artichoke around. Fried pickles were fairly standard. I had the special of the day, tilapia with a cucumber/crab topping and a sweet chili sauce over asparagus. Fantastic! Wife had the crab cakes with au gratin potatoes which she proclaimed a winner. Aunt got her favorite pecan crusted chicken with sweet potato casserole. Service was excellent. attentive but not intrusive. The pace was a little rushed but not pushy. Atmosphere was informal but conducive for conversation. Price was reasonable for the quality of the meal.
