Two of us stopped in for a late Saturday breakfast. The place is clean and well-kept, albeit a new-style diner. The items we ordered were perfect, the service was very good and the bill was not steep. I just wish they had a smoker station out front.

Join us for happy hour specials at Marilyn's Pub Restaurant & Lounge from Monday to Friday between 3 pm and 6 pm.
My bus tour booked this restaurant for lunch on our way back home. A buffet lunch was planned for us. We were served immediately upon our arrival. The food was delicious. The buffet included salad, chicken thighs, pasta, potatoes, green beans and bread. It was very pleasant and we were finished eating in an hour.

I think it's just a very run-of-the-mill type of chain restaurant there wasn't really anything that struck us as being particularly standout just seemed very very run-of-the-mill and we have lots of choices like this in town it was cleaned they were friendly but I can't really say anything stood out

The food is horrible made with the lowest quality ingredients!!!! Greek salad consisted of huge chunks of iceberg lettuce, 3 black (not Greek) olives, 2 anchovies (???), NO Pepperoncini, unappetizing chunks of tomato and cucumber, NO Red Onions, and feta crumbs with zero flavor. WORST GREEK SALAD EVER!!!!! Corned Beef Reuben was soggy mess of sauerkraut garnished with a few pieces of corned beef and thousand island dressing on the side? Very evident management is cutting any costs necessary to save a penny. STAY AWAY

We had passed this restaurant many times because it is very conveniently located to a shopping area and cinema where we frequently go. We wanted to try someplace different for our anniversary lunch so we chose J. Timothy's Taverne. We were very pleased with the colonial pub atmosphere and friendly staff. The menu is eclectic -- so many choices! We both ordered the open-face crab melt sandwich with onion straws as the side. Delicious, and just the right portion size. We will definitely visit J Timothy's again soon to try some more of the many tempting offerings.

We stayed at the hotel and opted for the bed and breakfast package. It was $20 extra for the breakfast. We were able to order anything of the menu and/or take advantage of the large buffet. we had coffee, juice and eggs benedict for $20 for two! The eggs were outstanding. The coffee is bottomless. Service was great. We also had room sevice dinner. Wwe were surprised to find no water with the dinners. The filet mignon was very good. The sirloin wa tough. We did not receive spoons with which to eat our dessert puddings.

The service was outstanding. The waitress knew about the menu items. They were very attentive to us. I really enjoyed the food. The salad had fresh greens that looked like they came from a farm. The presentation of the food was very appetizing. The burgers were really good. This places is small and has less then 50 tables. There is a small bar area. This place can get noisy on a busy night The food is a little more upscale the bar food. They have local gelato from a local place in ct.

We've never had a bad meal here and the portions are generous. Staff are also very friendly. So many favorites to choose from and the specials are always inspired and tasty. We also enjoy that when we come here the restaurant is set up so that you can enjoy conversation with your dinner partners. Some restaurants are so loud you can't carry on a conversation without yelling. One of our favorites!

Perfectly seasoned chunks of white meat chicken, truly cooked to perfection. The only caveat is to wear a bib if you get the BBQ sauced chicken-- it is very sticky + messy. But so delicious.

This is right across the street from the American Clock and Watch Museum. We were eager to go the museum so this seemed like a good fit. It turned out to be a very good choice. They close at two and we slipped in a shade before and they were still gracious and welcoming. We both had the Philly Cheese Steak which we enjoyed immensely. Perfectly seasoned beef with cheese onions and peppers served on a fresh grinder roll. Our server, Taylor was pleasant and accommodating. The cafe' is bigger then it looks as there are two rooms decorated with some interesting pieces as well as clocks in keeping with the museum. Perfect choice for lunch before or after the museum.
