We are a small cafe located just off Brinkley's Main Street/ Hwy 70. We serve freshly made sandwiches, salads, desserts, soups and specials, featuring Beth's "famous" homemade chicken salad. We are now open from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday and 930
The soup of the day-chicken taco was delicious! Ruben sandwich was tasty. Great thousand island dressing. Pimento cheese needed a little seasoning. A little kick of heat wouldâve put it over the top great! Owner was super friendly and nice.Love this review! I have often thought of putting "a little kick of heat" into our pimiento cheese, but we get so many repeat customers as well as take homes of it, I'm afraid to! What would you suggest adding? I'd love to try it as a special! Thank you so much for coming in?

We stopped in for breakfast after being on the road for a short time. We like the selection at Waffle House, the quick service, and the friendly atmosphere. The meal have not changed, so you know what to expect. The restaurant and the bathrooms were clean, the food was hot, and delicious, and the prices cannot be beat. What else could you want?

Had the takeaway. Not the most welcoming location but nice people inside. Ribs were below par, tough and sauce was very generic and not very bbq. Brisket was bland and not exactly well presented. Coleslaw good, pot salad too much mayo. And the hot beans were disgusting, not really sure what they were but tried and tossed.
Looking for a place for lunch and happily found Hank's. Hank himself greeted us, showed us to the buffet and invited us to sit anywhere. The buffet itself was immaculate and well stocked. We both had a salad and I had fried shrimp, catfish and green tomato, with mac and cheese. My wife had pork chop, catfish, two kinds of beans, cabbage and fried okra. I topped off lunch with strawberry pie and ice cream. Enjoyed visiting with Hank and the staff was so attentive. We chose a comfy booth with matching vinyl table covering, again everything was clean and tidy. Just $11.99 for the noon buffet and we left as very satisfied customers.

We stopped for lunch and obviously was bothering them. The language barrier was a problem they also had their children in the back they was crying. Trash overflowing at 1pm, bathrooms out of paper towels, sink and light switch black with dirt glad they wore gloves and wished I had went to bathroom before I ordered as I would have went elsewhere. Subway needs to step in and shut this place down, The was so skimpy on the toppings and not friendly at all.
