We arrived at 5 PM on a Saturday and were immediately seated. By 5:30 it appeared that people were already waiting for tables. Service was very prompt and friendly. The menu is known for their beer and cocktails, plus pizza although there are certainly other food choices as well. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Portions are reasonable in size and the food itself was quite tasty. We enjoy coming here and definitely would come again. As for the accessibility, there are two large steps leading up to the front door. Once inside, there are two steps down into the dining area on the right. The dining area and bar which are on the left side are level to the entrance area. The restaurant is located directly across the street from the Transportation Center parking structure.

Our Fun and bright little cafe serves from scratch dishes, a full espresso bar, soups, salads, sandwiches and more!
Swift, accurate service and imaginative use of excellent ingredients made lunch a treat. My Chicken Salad wrap with grapes and cranberries packed a punch of flavour and portions are generous. We will be back in morning to see what breakfast delights await.

We had eaten here before and decided to go back. The restaurant is huge with with two levels and several patios and decks. It was cool enough to eat inside on this visit. Located on the West River the view was breathtaking and we hit it at sunset. The food is excellent! I opted for a BLT which was made with high quality apple bacon, fresh tomatoes and lettuce on a multigrain bread. Gourmet by standards. Our server was great, pleasant, helpful and patient. The menu is huge and comprehensive. You'd be hard pressed not to find something to eat. The prices are more than reasonable. The one negative was the host, an older gentleman. We waited an unusually long time just to be acknowledged. Being in the restaurant business for nearly forty years that first impression is paramount. Look forward to more visits.

I think they have new management, because we have been here several times before and the food is definitely not as good and the service is poor. It took so long to get our appetizers and our meals.

Stopped for Breakfast... Could have stayed all day! Wonderful ambiance, great food, nice staff! This may be the best diner we have been to. It was the best Western Omelet I have had in a long time, and the Sunflower Wheat bread / toast was excellent!

Come prepared for a cozy, calming, contemplative couple hours and bask in some of the tastiest food and drink you may have ever enjoyed. Prices are not on the menu nor are they offered while the house "specials" are being presented by the wait staff; that should be sufficient for you to deduce the price range. Worth every (or almost every) penny...

Peter Havens provides an elegant but relaxed atmosphere in which to enjoy chef/owner Zach Corbin's accomplished cuisine. The menu has French and Italian influences (always house-made pasta and gnocchi!) But always has Zach's own culinary flare. Locals and
Hard to decide between appetizers--- so I had 3! The cream was a nice touch to the escargots--- made the garlicky flavor even more rich. Duck Liver Pate was amazing, and my ride-eye was cooked to perfection. The Blue Cheese herb butter was the perfect finish to the steak... sadly, no room for dessert, but will come back for the Callebaut Choc Mousse & Tiramisu, Creme Brûlée---- maybe I'll just come for a dessert meal!
