Nice decor (it was decorated for halloween). Attentive employees. My only disappointment was with the lack of wifi. They had a card advertising their wifi but you had to sign up for an account. When I tried to connect, it was not working. Fortunately, the McDonalds across the street had a powerful wifi that reached to Arbys.

While traveling for business, I passed this place. The parking lot was busy. Although I was late getting there, they were quick to take my order and bring my food. The staff was super friendly. Prices are reasonable. Hush Puppies and shrimp were fresh and very tasty.

My friends and I have eaten here twice. My friends chicken from the travel hot bar was too spicy with cayenne pepper after the clerk told her it wasn't spicy. The two times I went I ordered a grilled cheese and cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. The sandwiches were just ok and the sweet potato fries weren't traditional but waffle fries that were swimming in syrup. I wasn't told that they were waffle fries and sweet prior to ordering. The staff was not overly friendly and helpful. Disappointing visits.

Our three-meal restaurant features contemporary menu dishes, along with good, old-fashioned Southern favorites to satisfy your hunger.
Usually eat at the buffet when we visit Windcreek Casino, but tried The Grill this time. The service was good, and the food was very good. It seems like you can get breakfast all day, which we didn't know until we saw other people ordering breakfast during lunch hours. The only complaint is that the menu is pretty small. Next time we're at Windcreek and want to eat, we'll definitely come back here. Thanks for the kind words, JCPTOL! I can eat breakfast anytime of the day! We would to have you back anytime!

Our experience overall was good. The server was friendly and helpful taking our order. Dad and I ordered a breakfast supper, which included waffles, sausage, bacon, fried eggs, grits and toast. Everything was good except the bacon was in a plate of grease and undercooked. The waitress didn't come back after bringing our food but she was kind of busy washing dishes. We were ready to go before we got our check and the waitress quickly added up our bill and checked us out. We did not complain as they were very busy.

Arrived on Monday evening around 7p. Ordered the cheeseburger with fries. Teammates ordered the hamburger and the gravy and onion smothered hamburger steak.Meal arrived hot and timely as ordered. The hamburger was too dry, not juicy at all. The gravy was brown gravy and not spicy at all. The fries were crisp. Meal for 3 less than 30bucks.I posted pics.If you find this review helpful please acknowledge.

We went last Saturday for dinner. We didn't mind the price because we love crab legs. The man that took the money was EXTREMELY rude, literally staring at us when we said thank you and slamming the credit card statement to sign on the table and didn't say a word. This was the first in staff rudeness. The entire staff, including the people serving the food were so rude. At least a YOUR WELCOME when I say thank you. Someone should really teach staff the importance of manners, because they are the first thing patrons see when they come here. The crab legs were good, the other food was not so good. The shrimp was very good as well. Dessert bar was plentiful. I don't know if I would go again, maybe I will try the steak house next time.

This restaurant offers excellent food cooked correctly. The wait staff is smart, prompt and just seemed happy at their work. Price wise, Gather is not a cheap eatery but compared to similar facilities, the costs are as expected. Negatives? Well, the table we had was very close to other patrons making conversation a bit difficult for all the tables. My prime rib was cooked perfectly but the seasoning was a little salty for me but others might love it; a personal idiosyncrasy. My wife ordered the Train Wreck and bragged about throughout her meal.Pre-meal cocktails were good and generous.Overall, Gather is reco'd for special evenings. One might ask for a secluded corner if there is one.

A celebration of good food and great service.
The Fire Steakhouse is in the Wind Creek Casino (Atmore, AL) The casino shuttle picked us up at our hotel and returned us later. Service was fast, food was cooked perfectly and delicious, and portions were generous. Cocktails were surprisingly inexpensive for a find dining establishment. We are not gamblers so our visit was limited to cocktails and dinner. Travelers should know that this was not an inexpensive meal other than the low-cost cocktails. Our check for two with no sides or salads or desserts was over $100 including gratuity, but the meal was very delicious for that. Thanks for the kind words, Arthur G. We are so happy you enjoyed your dinner with us at the FIRE. On your next visit you should try the French Onion soup. It's amazing! Please come again soon.

I was really expecting quite a treat based on the reviews. The atmosphere is great and the restaurant is a fun place to be, but the food didnât quite live up to my expectations. Perhaps I shouldâve had the catfish, but the waitress recommended that I do the chop steak instead. The coleslaw seem to of been put through a blender before it was served. I prefer mine crunchier with bigger pieces.
