Wednesday. No crowd. Plenty of room. After getting seated and situated with drinks, we waited 75 minutes for our food. The waitress was very dismissive of our concerns and not concerned when we voiced displeasure. At the 75 minute mark, i requested the childrenâs food (5meals) be delivered first. They were. After 20 more minutes our food arrived wrong and some even missing. I spoke to kitchen manager because no floor manager was present. The night and food was awful.

I have never had a bad meal at Subs and Such. They offer a variety of sandwiches to choose from. My favorite is the smoked turkey and smoked cheddar on dark (heated). You order at the counter then they call your number. The order takers are very efficient but there is often a long line. I always place my order by phone 15 mins before I arrive so my order is usually ready when I arrive and I usually get my order to go.

We had a large group for lunch with no reservation, and the staff did an excellent job accommodating us. Our waitress was excellent and did not mix up anyone's order. The food was ready quickly and was delicious. This is obviously a well organized establishment.

Not being from the area I was so happy to find this restaurant. The bartenders were very friendly and the 1/2 pound medium cooked cheeseburger with fries and 2 beers was all that I needed. The prices were also reasonable. After looking at homes in the area all day this restaurant must of had a magnet cause it dragged me right in :-) Thanks, I will be back.

A few minutes after being seated, another group was seated near us. Their server was on the ball. They were greeted, had ordered drinks, and were given menus. Our server âStormâ must have been more concerned over her facial piercings and green hair because it took her a bit longer to do that for us. In general, to say she lacked energy/enthusiasm would be kind at best. Eventually we did order. One of our parties meal was ready before our pizzas and was placed under a heat lamp; no concern for the coleslaw though. After it sat their for several minutes, w no regard for it from âStormâ mind you, we expressed to her that it been sitting there. Once again, not a lot to offer form her. The manger got involved and actually attempted to defend his serverâs lack of attention. No need to go in. The food itself was actually pretty good, but the service was appalling.

Dined with 3 others on a Fri night. The place is urban loft style motif with calming Motown/Stax music playing. We had an experienced server and a trainee, Service was on point and friendly. Orders were pot roast and Boursin mashed potatoes, orange siracha salmon, grilled chicken with red pepper cream sauce, and grilled chicken and goat cheese flat bread all served with choice of soup or salad. I chose the house, it was amazing, not the usual offering, kale, bacon and other goodies. All entrees were delicious! We were too full for dessert this visit. Adding this place as favorite.

First of all, we want to THANK Erica and Justin, more toward Erica. Great service, great drinks, she's the best!! The food is also fantastic, highly recommended. We had SMBPPIC, ask Erica what it is, y'all needs to try it. As friendly as she is, she must have Christmas off. Thank you for dining with us!

I have brought everyone who has ever visited me here in East Tennessee. I have been here to many times to count. This last time I was a bit disappointed. My daughter came and I brought her here for the first time. Our waitress was slow and it took forever to get drinks. We were sat in the back and I dont think she noticed or was told. I ordered the Hog and it came way overcooked almost burnt. My daughter ordered fish and shrimp. The fish was soggy and under cooked. My daughter ate a small piece but it was yuk. By the time the waitress returned to check on us we had decided to go ahead and eat our dinners, all but the fish. Once we were contacted again the fish was taken and removed from our bill it was far to late to reorder it. I get places have bad nights, but it would appear the cooks in the back were not paying attention and the waitress, at least ours, was not paying attention. I will go back here, for sure, I have had many great experiences. But I am putting this one up, so maybe the owners can invite their friends in some night, to secret shop the place. Spend a little time with those cooks if needed your food is what is selling your restaurant. The decor is cool the video loops are cool but its your food that brings us back.We appreciate your feedback and have shared it with our management. We also tried to message you back, and if you donât mind would love to communicate with you there so that we can get a few more details. This will allow us to pin point which staff members will need some additional training. Thank you so much!

Got here around 4:00 PM, hors dâoeuvres only until 5. Nice bar with friendly staff. Tried the She Crab soup that was absolutely delicious.Spinach Salad good and the bread, especially Sourdough Potato is non-stop tasting. Great dipped into the soup.Split an entree of flounder. Also delicious but portion really not large enough considering many entrees are $30 +.
