Customer service and correct orders are A+++ at this location. It is rare to eat at a fast food place and 10 of 10 times everything is correct in the order, the first time. Food is always hot and fresh too.
Were in for breakfast, we got carry out, and the chicken biscuits are great!!! It looks like a lot of the older residents meet there for breakfast so that tells you something. we also recommend the big breakfast combo for, the price it is the best value. Jeff took our order and was very friendly.
I stopped in with my children, and the staff was extremely friendly to them. They went over and aboard! The food was also great.
The Courtyard Oyster Bar in Alabaster isn't bad, but is more a local bar than a destination restaurant. Pool tables and an acoustical band draw in a crowd and smoking is allowed. It can get noisy and smokey. The food was a bit overpriced for the quality and quantity. Service was friendly and prompt.

My husband and I stopped on the way to FL for lunch. We were immediately greeted with a warm and friendly hostess named Cortney. We were seated and very soon greeted by our server John. John gave us EXCELLENT service!! The salad bar was in very good order and our food arrived fresh and hot exactly as ordered. The restroom was nice and clean. Will definitely be back on future trips.

Ate here for lunch on 10/2/18. I had the boneless wings with the mild sauce, my go to meal when at BWW. After eating the wings I immediately began to feel sick and nauseous. It's been 24 hours and I still have a fever and sick. On the positive side, we order a "small" portion of boneless wings and were given over 12 huge wings. The service was excellent.

Always fun and tasty to grab a bite at the Depot!! Their burgers at juicy and fresh, the Reubens and Philly Cheesesteak, smothered in onions and peppers, are also favorites! Grab a combo and sit on the deck and enjoy the view of Buck Creek in the heart of Old Town Helena! The owner, Matt, is a big supporter of Helena and gives back to his community. We are so glad to have not only good food available to us, but a great location and caring owner and employees. All this makes it worth the trip from surrounding communities or from just down the street!

I had reservations (or thought I had reservations) at another steakhouse for Friday night at 6:30pm for a party of 12 (including an infant and toddlers). At the last minute the other steakhouse tells me that they cannot seat us until before 8pm - maybe even closer 9pm. Are you kidding me?? We had hungry people from 4 different towns and they couldn't seat us until 9pm?? We called LongHorn in Alabaster at 5:50pm and they were GREAT! The restaurant was packed (not a space left in the lot), and yet they were able to seat 12 of us by 6:40pm and we had food on the table 10 minutes later! Our large table (with high chairs) made it a bit of a challenge for the servers trying to get up and down aisles, but I can't say enough good things about our server Kayla, our service and the food. Everyone got exactly what they ordered, exactly how they ordered it, the glasses were kept full, and the food was delicious! The servers gave our Birthday Boy a shout out and brought him a nice dessert. We didn't even have to wait for Kayla to bring our 4 separates checks (which were spot on). No one rushed us to finish up our celebration and give up our space, and the manager even checked with us several times to make sure we were being taken care of.Again, I can't say enough good things about LongHorn in Alabaster, and they have a customer for life (although I live 35 miles away and pass 2 dozen steakhouses in route).

Slow smoked Bar-B-Q, sweet Southern hospitality in a relaxed atmosphere. All scratch-made trimmings, fabulous salads, rolling-pin-fresh pies and famous for our cheese biscuits. Full bar, catering, private dining, outdoor seating, drive-thru, to-go all ava
When I arrived and went in there was a man who seated me who wasn't very friendly. He seemed like he needed a vacation. The waitress was right to my table, brought drink and took order. I had a salad and baked potato. Both were delicious as we're the cheese biscuits. The biscuits had more of a texture of muffins. They were very good. The restaurant was clean. Waitress very nice, had a great smile. Most definitely would recommend.

I stopped here for lunch based on my experience at Champy's near UTC in Chattanooga, and also based on the website. While the Chattanooga location had a bustling, party atmosphere this was more like a sleepy meat and three.Service and food were both OK, but again not as good. Only two servers and few customers at lunch, and while I wasn't ignored it was slow. The food, which I think is exactly what I ordered in Chatanooga, was also not as good, mainly because the chicken was slightly undercooked and therefore a little bit stringy. They did offer a great craft beer from a Birmingham brewer. Apparently they have live music and perhaps the scene is a little more lively then. But my last Champy's visit was a lunch too. Still an OK stop for fried chicken especially if you enjoy a beer with your food.
