We stayed at Emporio hotel which is connected to Texas Ribs. We had a great meal and service. We had left overs, so the next night I ordered onion rings to go and had the left over ribs.

This restaurant had medicore food with service that was truly lacking. We had to search for our server and she was super slow to bring silverware, the drinks, and the food to the table. There were two sizes of the margaritas. We ordered the small one (it's very small) and the bartender completely filled the mug with ice and did not fill the drink to the top. (There was hardly any "margarita" in the margarita. The bread basket had dry bread served on a small paper towel and the nachos had rubbery chicken that tasted like it had been frozen. The ribs were decent and I liked the choices for the BBQ sauces. This just seemed like a typical restaurant that serves basic food and charges too much for it.So sorry you had a bad experience. Thanks for letting us know. I am getting together with my store manager and area supervisor to determine why food and service were not up to our standards. My sincere apologies.

Went there twice during our stay at Resort Mundo Imperial. Incredible hamburgers but it did stop there. Nachos totally drench, soggy fries... But the worst are the plastic (or is it silicone) placemats on the table. They look like they were never clean from day one. Totally discusting! It makes you wonder how it is in the kitchen.

Expensive by Mexican standards but they have better than average hamburgers and the chicken caesar salad is well prepared.The restaurant is seldom busy ( price ) and the food is predictable.
