Good place to snack. But my cousin had a traditional meal and it was good. Service was good and the staff's were brilliant
I got on the website of this 'establishment' to place and order and found it not to be user friendly in the least. I ended up trying to call the place to order and after trying several numbers provided it eventually went through. When my "order" eventually got to me and by the way i ordered bole stuffed with chicken, it was so little compared to the amount i had to pay for it as all i got were a few shreds of chicken meat compared to how it is made locally, it was a rip off. It also did not taste so good and i find all the pictures on the site; misleading. If my review still fails the standard of personal experience, i will not be shockedGood Day Juliet,First of all I saw this late and I apologize for the experience you had which I believe led you to give us a single star.Secondly I'd like to address the issues you had.We have pulled down our website and are doing a re-design as the previous website was more of a showcase of our location and Menus and not an ordering system which we are in the process of building now.I'd like to apologize for the difficulty in getting our phone lines and this happens at times as the line might be occupied while customers are trying to contact us, we are also working on a resolution to this.We are committed to excellence in our products & service delivery & all photos on our websites and in our promotional material are taken at our location in D/Line so what you see on the website is what you should get when you place an order. This experience points to a lapse in the production process or oversight & I personally apologize for this. Could you kindly provide the date on which this order was made as we would like to trace whatever went wrong and take necessary action! We order and sell the Biggest plantain fingers available in order to ensure every customer gets more value than was paid for so it is unfortunate that what you got was not commensurate to what you paid.If you would also reach me directly on 08097970140 we would like to make up for this poor experience as we set out to be the BEST Bole Brand Globally and are determined to achieve this goal.Thank you Juliet for the Honest review, we appreciate as only Honesty would make us grow & improve in our service daily.
This was my second favourite restaurant in port harcourt. It has everything you want. From decent food to excellent service. The only downside is security, which is average unlike others with high security.
The best art-themed restaurant in Nigeriaâs Southern region. We specialize in local delicacies and are really good at it. Our approach to customer experience is non-compromising and unrelenting. Visit m&i Foods to relish some Nigerian delicacies at the be
My colleague took a number of us out to lunch sometime in July. He had a lot of positive reviews about M&I and I was actually looking forward to the lunch. He called ahead and this helped even though I had to still wait for like 35mins to get my food. It turned out the food had been prepared even ahead of my colleagues own but the waiter somehow missed me while serving others. I like the ambience and the service was equally good though it could be improved based on the time it took to get my food.I will definitely visit M&I again and recommend the restaurant to folks visiting Port HarcourtDear Kenosky,Many thanks for the review. We apologize for that omission; that is a very unusual occurrence. We are working relentlessly to improve on the timing of orders. We believe you will notice an improvement by your next visit.Trust you enjoyed your meal Thank you once again for choosing m&i Foods.
I noticed that Casablanca watched their waitstaff's interactions with customers. I want to assume they are trying to Identify both areas for potential improvement and aspects of the job the employee is handling well. I just hope they will Follow up with him or her to provide constructive feedback on his/her performance and note specific changes they want him/her to incorporate, such as helping to seat female customers or suggesting appropriate choices for young customers when there is no children's menu offered. They on their part should Ensure that their employees know the menu well enough to be able to point out appropriate choices for those who mention dietary restrictions. And then Praise those employees who are taking such steps without being told, or who consistently engage positively with their customers. Please try and Consider rewarding those employees who help "sell" the restaurant, whether that is recommending the daily specials or bringing the dessert tray to her customers' tables. It was fun eating and watching your staff and a senior managing walking around to see things first hand

Housed in the ground floor of the Genesis building in a reserved area, the Genesis Restaurant encompasses good service set in an ambiance that is both relaxing and nice. To the right, is the section that offers National cuisine were you find a range of dishes comprising various recipes of rice, local soups, spaghetti, swallows, grilled meat, kebabs, seafood etc. Soft drinks and fresh fruit juice shakes are available and the staff are courteous. The Uhuru Restaurant which is located in the left section of the building offers a range of continental, Chinese, Eastern Mediterranean cuisines and the likes, including pizza. I settled for Ghanaian Jollof rice with vegetable salad and kidney kebab which was served in the National Section; and this was appetizing.Above the ground floor are a couple of shops were luxury goods items are on display for sale and a cinema, where box office tickets are sold on the ground floor.

Get ready to be fed until you beg for a stop. The Jevinik brand hadn't changed rather its improved a great deal. The meals are well prepared and served on time. The company should work on having its dishes ALL available as it seems you might have to make do with what they have at times and not what you want.
