C'est Si Bon Restaurant

We went there for dinner on a quiet Sunday night. From the first moment the service staff was demotivated, unfriendly and we felt like we interrupted them doing nothing. Some examples: We ordered a tea with honey. Waitress came back „Sorry, no honey“. — After asking her, if she’s serious, she replied „Maybe I can check in the storage room“ and, what a surprise, she found a bottle of honey. An already used one. - I ordered the vegetarian platter which comes with rice. After about 25 min one of their chefs came, telling me „the rice is bad. Can we bring you something else? Pasta maybe“. Sorry, I‘ve been to 20+ countries and hundreds of restaurants. I never had a Chef come to my table telling me the rice is bad. I could go on and on. We were a party of 4 having a salat, the vegetarian platter and two different pasta dishes. Everything was awefull, sauces taste like stuff you buy from a supermarket. The waitress remained unmotivated and not really friendly. Did I mention that the table cloth was dirty like after a children’s birthday party?Do not go there!https://www.tripadvisor.de/ShowUserReviews-g974183-d2011860-r556925432-C_est_Si_Bon_Hotel-Otjiwarongo_Otjozondjupa_Region.html#Thank you for commenting on my Cest Si Bon Restaurant. What I do not understand is that all other guests raved about the good food, pricing and service and actually recommend the restaurant locally and abroad. You however could not find anything to your liking. So the question remains, is it a bad restaurant or is it simply the “Axe-man hacking a good place into pieces “.In the mean time I did perform disciplinary action on staff and management involved. I also looked at my training program in depth as a lot of the staff on duty that faithful Sunday was new staff. They did receive some training but probably not enough. My sincere apologies if my restaurant was at fault.
