This church was finally built and consecrated in 1985.after several unsuccessful building attempts. It has a bell tower with five bells. The largest in consecrated to Virgin Mary and the others to St. Rok, St. Peter, St. John the Baptist and St. Leopold Mandic. St. Mary’s Church was built in the 16th century, but the the Romanesque campanile dates from 1105. There is an impressive exhibit of religious artifacts on the upper floor of the convent.
