The exhibit was marvelous. It was a womens' exhibit. Great variety, curated wonder- fully. This is a museum to come back to when we no longer have a Pandemic. The setting is awesome. It overlooks the Hudson.

Untermyer Gardens is a 46 acre former estate that is now a public garden. Open seven days a week it includes multiple garden areas including a Walled Garden, a grand Vista, a Ruin Garden, the Temple of Love, a Rhododendron Walk and a Rock and Stream Garden.
Hi. Untermeyer park has been in North Yonkers ever since I was a kid and long before then, too! And the time era i am talking about is the 1990s when I already a growing little kid. Ok, this post is NOT about me. It’s about Untermeyer park, located off of North Broadway avenue, and is adjacent or beside St. John’s Riverside Hospital in Yonkers, NY. Lovely views of the Hudson River and the Palisades can be seen after you continue to walk past the first built garden near the Charles Community Center at entrance of Untermeyer Park. In Summertime, years back, there were concerts and dance performances in the Untermeyer fields and it was awesome, fun and was a great way to grow up—an invest in the diverse city of Yonkers, NY—complete with a Ukrainian festival further on north Broadway.

Tibbetts Brook Park is an absolutely beautiful place to stroll, bike, jog or just find one of their many trails and escape from the stressors of the Coronavirus! Even on the coldest days of winter,Tibbetts Brook Park offers such a peaceful and tranquil retreats that I’d urge anyone within driving distance to plan a visit. During the summer months I’m looking forward to enjoying the enormous pools and gorgeous Tudor styled bathhouse. The 160 acre park was one of the furst and most elegant parks that are run by the Westchester Parks Department.

A gorgeous park just down the street. Came by here for a late afternoon walk. There are plenty of paved and unpaved trails, with amazing views of the Hudson River and the Palisades. There is a nature center (closed due to the pandemic) and the remains of the old estate, as well as a butterfly garden.

This was our first time ever in New York in Yonkers. The experience of this hotel was awesome. I love the machines and love the Hot Dog carts that come around selling them nice and hot, all beef! Very delicious!! Everyone was kind and helpful.
