This was something I’d been wanting to do for years. I was not disappointed at all! I did “Fast Fabulous Thai” and have cooked the dishes again since (they were good too). Chef Simon was great, with good humour and lots of little tips. The other participants were friendly so I was comfortable even though on my own. One negative side effect was I’ve learnt to peel green prawns in an efficient way so it’s now my job ????! My family gave me the class as a gift, I can highly recommend doing that for a budding cook you know, I loved it!

My partner and I spent several hours doing all the tours that they had, going on the train, and walking through their ginger flower gardens. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the ginger tasting tour, as well as the bee tour was very informative and fun. Reasonable prices for products and great quality.
