Surprisingly (except to Poles) pronounced VRAHTS-wahv, Wroclaw is Poland’s fourth-largest city and the capital of the Viovodship of Lower Silesia. Originally (in medieval times) built across several islands, the city still has many lovely bridges and beautiful architecture. Not far from the German border in the country’s southeast, Wroclaw gets lots of German tourists, who call it Breslau. The Rynek (central square), lined by colorful buildings, is one of the city’s most popular destinations.

Great tour, excellent guide had really good detail on the history of the city. Three of us were on the tour and it cost €45 overall. Would have taken the longer trips if we had the time.

Local history and culture is our passion and after seeing how inspiring Wroclaw is to tourists, we have decided to start organizing these guided tours around the city onour own. Over the years we were able to organize a wider group of friends who share the same passion, and as of now we are proud to operate a little company specializing in providing tourists with the best experience of Wroclaw they can possibly have. We have over five years of experience working as guides and we want to share our knowledge of Wroclaw. Our goal is to make the experience as immersive and educational as possible, so during our trip we will not only explain the history and traditions of Wroclaw to you, but will try to engage in a dialogue to make the trip as interesting and fun as possible for our guests.

My best friend visited all the way from the US and although we were a bit tight on time, I couldn't help but want to show her the city I lived in for the first 10 years of my life. Wrocław City Guide was recommended to me by a colleague of mine as "the best way to experience everything Wrocław has to offer in a short amount of time". I decided to give it a try and called the company - a very polite man picked up the phone and we had no trouble booking a trip for the next day! The trip itself was very nice as well. Within less than 2 hours we saw pretty much everything Wrocław had to offer, all thanks to our amazing guide whose name I sadly don't remember (I think it started with A? - anyway, you were AWESOME dude, thank you once again!). He spoke perfect English which was just ideal considering my best friend isn't well versed in Polish. I was also shocked at the amount of interesting trivia about Wrocław we were told - some things I'd never heard before (shame on me, a previous citizen...). Another nice touch was being able to stop outside of more important buildings like churches and briefly go inside for pictures. All in all, we left Wrocław very satisfied. My American friend was in love with the city and she hopes to come back again one day which is exactly what I was aiming for. Thank you Wrocław City Guide for this great experience!

We have used Krakow Travel Time for a transfer from Krakow to Zakopane and then back to Krakow. Information were very clear from the first email exchange, they answered all of our questions quickly. Drivers were extremely kind and professional. Vans were clean and spacious. Reasonable price, taking into account the long transfer time. It is possible to pay cash or by card. Highly recommended.

Breslau vom Oben.

Wroclaw is amazing place :-) you can find so many attractions for day and night time. Beside that great food and not too expensive. Down town not overcrowded. Nice and pleasant atmosphere. Really recommend to visit.
Discover with us the capital of Silesia at night, the beautifully lit market square with the university and the cathedral island with the cathedral. You can see the most beautiful sights of the old town in 2 hours, but without hassle, pleasantly, with a lot of anecdotes and dark legends. You can also hit the lantern on the way. The entire old town is illuminated with numerous gas lanterns and is lit by hand every evening by the black-clad man. From the market place we walk past the old university and the fencer fountain - towards the cathedral island and the cathedral, then along the Oder promenade to the ship landing stage. You can also take a night gondola ride here. Enjoy the unique atmosphere of the nocturnal Oder metropolis with its German and Polish history.
