Woodburn is a city in Marion County, Oregon, United States. Incorporated in 1889, the community had been platted in 1871 after the arrival of the railroad. The city is located in the northern end of the Willamette Valley between Portland and Salem. Interstate 5 connects it to major cities to the north and south. Oregon routes 211, 214, 219, and 99E also serve the city, as do Union Pacific and Willamette Valley Railway freight rail lines.

Small, 4th generation family farm with cozy tasting room and outdoor picnicing area. Enjoy estate grown, award-winning wines. Open seasonally: Weekends from March through November. Noon to 5 pm.
I happen to have an abiding passion for this northeast part of the Willamette Valley where the Hanson Vineyards farm has been located for many years. I have family roots near the Woodburn/Monitor/Mt. Angel communities nearby and I share the love of it with the Hansons. Despite my bias, I have a critical viewpoint toward wineries and wine. In this very fertile terroir (plant rocks and they grow here!), the Hanson family grows several grape varietals and makes very good wine. Their operation is small in scale and somewhat atypical of any stereotype vineyard and winery. Visiting here can't help but be an intimate experience, and you won't find finer, more sincere people than the Hansons. Visit their farm, taste their wine and take lots of it home. You won't be disappointed.

Wanted to visit some outlets whilst visiting from the UK. This was the perfect location. Most of the big names are here with some good bargains to be had. Also plenty of parking and an easy place to find.

We had a family outing to the Tulip Festival this last weekend with 6 family members and we found something for everyone! Very accommodating for my father who is in a wheelchair. My 4 year grandson had a blast playing on the swings and in the water duck races. The adults enjoyed the wine tasting and food choices. We all took the Tulip field tour which was amazing. Lots of beautiful flowers and photo opportunities! We stayed for about 4 hours and will go back next year! Exceptional experience!
We are a small family owned farm raising alpacas for fiber and have a few llamas for fun! Our lovely gift shop has alpaca products, beautiful teapots, teacups and other home decor items. We are currently CLOSED until September 23rd and 24th, which is National Alpaca Farm Day!
