Corks Caps & Taps offers our customers the luxury of creating their own atmosphere by involving our staff at their discretion, coming in to pick up their favorite wine or beer to enjoy at home, or to simply enjoy the self service nature of our WineStations. 16 wines are always available for tastings or by the glass at four unique self serve WineStations. At the bar, we feature a selection of wine by the glass. We also have a nice selection of Champagne and Sparkling Wines. In addition to our extensive wine selection, we have 35 beers on tap and a large variety of beer by the bottle or growler, including a large offering of North Carolina beers.

We love this place for it’s unique cocktails. We try their specials and have never been disappointed. Also can give them a favorite liquor and they will make you a special drink that are delicious! The ambiance is a little quirky but adds to the charm of the place!

I have only passed threw 2 times in 30 years. My old corporate offices use to be in downtown W-S. A first pass threw was frightening with scary blocks and somewhere I would not want to return after dark. Now this place has changed. At least three microbreweries within walking distance and so far it looks safe enough to visit all three. Wise Man is my first and the beer is tasty. The vibe, young and old. And there is plenty of places to charge our devices while we are socializing.

The Fiddlin’ Fish taproom is a welcoming environment for friends and families to come together over locally-brewed beer. Come on in and see what’s new on tap, watch the game, bring the family, play a board game with friends, enjoy some great live music, grab a bite from the food truck, or pick up some Fiddlin’ Fish beer to-go. True to its tobacco warehouse roots, the taproom has an industrial feel, with an artistic flair, thanks to the mural by local artist Hieronymus. Come join us for a beer! The Slanted Shed food truck is our full-time foodservice partner here at Fiddlin' Fish. Featuring locally-sourced ingredients, North Carolina seafood, and a menu that follows the seasons, The Slanted Shed is the perfect complement to our beer. Hours of operation for The Slanted Shed are Monday-Friday 5:00-9:00, Saturday 12:00-9:00, and Sunday 2:00-6:00.
This was a great place to catch up and have a drink. The place is awesome and staff is very friendly. We only had time for one drink and would have loved to had more time and tried the food truck as well. Looking forward to going back.

This might sound like bragging, but I've been going to Dave and Busters in various cities since 1983. I've frequented the original, and been to many of their other locations. The complex ranges in siza from 31,000 sq ft to almost 62,000 sq feet. This Dave and Buster's is almost 32,000 sq.feet. If you come in through the mall, you enter the arcade. If you come from the outside you enter and there is a restaurant on the right and a sports bar/arcade bar on the left. There is also a private dining room inside the restaurant for group parties, etc. Calorie count for most restaurant items is above 1100 caloroes. This is really noticeable on the appetizers, but keep in mind they are meant to be shared. The lowest calorie count I recall on the main menu is 950 plus on the sirloin steak. We have eaten at theis D & B twice now. Both times one of the items was delayed for some unknown reason so we didn't all eat at the same time. This isn't typical in our experience and needs to be addressed. In fact, it is the only negative I can think of for this location. Management and staff are friendly and helpful. For those of you in the arcade when the machine you are on malfunctions, go to the winner's circle, or stop a staff person, and ask for a video tech. They'll come, work on the machine, and if they can't fix things right away, they will make you even. By getting a power card, you don't need to redeem any points you've won right away. At the higher values there are some prettyh interesting items to redeem points on. Adults need to keep minors in view at all times (house rule), but yopu can still have fun. And there are plenty of games for all ages. I don't usually maqke this comment in my reviews, but this IS one of my favorite play places.
