Tim takes you on a tour of various places within Williamsburg tells a story about the house and shows you pictures of ghosts which he supposedly has taken at that location. The “ghost” pictures are geared towards the story. I am not sold on him taking pictures of ghosts because anyone with Photoshop ability could create these. Tim is a great presenter, and the photos he shows draws you into the story. He gives some great historical information about places we visit. Overall it was a fun night if you just take it at that. Questioning whether to give this a 3 or 4 and decided on 3 because at the start of tour, he just gave us a sales pitch for his books.

I have been on other ghost tours in Williamsburg in the past, and NONE of them equated to the one we were on last night! My friend and I went to the 9pm ghost tour and had DENNY as our guide! This dude was FANTASTIC! He was knowledgeable, funny and interesting. On top of that, I liked how he added in personal stories and stories of others rather than just a history lesson. Denny was excellent and I would recommend him to ANYONE! Thank you Denny for the wonderful time! We’ll be back soon to go on another tour with you! ????

Really enjoyed my ultimate Williamsburg ghost tour! Alex, our tour guide, was a fantastic story teller and very knowledgeable about the local history! It was particularly spine-chilling to realize that all these stories were happening with real people! I especially enjoyed the William and Mary part and the terrifying discovery in the house of the college president! It was a fun and spooky way to learn about the history of this beautiful place! Thank you, Alex!

This was a very large group tour so you often couldn't hear the guide. The stories we did hear were not very interesting or scary. I wish we had taken the official Williamsburg tour as they had a reasonably sized group and they were able to enter the Williamsburg properties. Overall, boring and not worth the price of admission.
