Belgian-inspired brewery using organic malts and bottle-conditioned with blackberry honey. The home of Matzobrau, Golden Rose, and G++ ales. Oregon's only brewery without an IPA!

Nestled in the beautiful outskirts of Portland, Oregon, SakéOne is a rare entertaining experience that brings you only the best premium saké from Oregon, in our brewery, and select Japanese imports. Our sakés range from classics, to bolder more contemporary profiles, and even fruit infused. Ready to taste? Our tasting room is open seven days a week and offers three different flight options and a tasting tray for additional purchase.
SakeOne is a sake brewery, that offers tours and tastings. Be sure to check ahead for the tour times. The sake making process is different from wine, beer or spirits, and so the tour can be very worthwhile to the interested individual. In the tasting room, the employees are knowledgeable and helpful, and can tailor your tasting to suit your palate. I learned a lot about sake, and would recommend this attraction for those interested.

We stayed here on the night be fore we flew out of Portland, and this was place reinforced our love for the McMenamins chain. We watched a movie and enjoyed dessert and after dinner drinks in the restored gym, had a great meal at the Courtyard Restaurant--what an education!
