In Wexford for a midweek break and went there everday for the racing. Great pub, way out of the norm with big log fire, good porter and nice staff and customers with dogs etc. Go there you will never forget it. Amazing pub.

I’m having my second visit here now and this is a warm welcoming pub and very friendly bar staff. The beer garden is really good and the locals are very nice people who also welcomed us. Definitely recommend a visit

We had visited Wexford last year and stayed here- we enjoyed it so much we returned again this year. The location is fantastic just a few minutes walk from the heart of Wexford town. Central location to visit other areas and attractions. The staff were all amazing and really friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean with cleaning and towel changes provided daily. Tea/coffee making also available. I would recommend a restaurant in the town called Nosh n Coffee for breakfast- we visited multiple times as we were so impressed on our first visit- monster breakfast was delicious and the paninis were delicious.

The Crown Bar, a modern twist to an age old tradition. The Crown Bar opened in July 2015 and the interior was inspired by a European cosmopolitan culture complementing the old world charm of the bar. You will find comfy sofas, traditional and modern furniture with a vibrant splashes of colour in the mix which really makes the Crown bar stand out from the rest, designed by Stephen Carr Architect and Interior design company, and refurbished in March 2020. All measures have been taken to ensure that all government regulations regarding Covid-19 are in place; so the Crown Bar is a safe space to visit. Booking is best to make sure that you get the time you want, and we are taking walk ups also!
