The lake of Hévíz is the biggest biologically active, natural medicinal water in the world. Its temperature is affected by the combination of cold and hot spring waters coming from underground. The medicinal water breaks out from the spring cave on the surface at the rate of approx. 410 litres per second and with a temperature of 40°C. According to that delivery, the water in the lake changes every three and a half days and keeps uniformly clean.
This place is gorgeous! We loved every second of our time there. For English speakers, it can be a bit confusing so here are my tips: 1. Get there by 10 to ensure a beautiful spot that is right next to the water. 2. Go the right as you enter because that is where it is less crowded and where the jacuzzis are 3. Bring snacks if you are there a long time, though they do have a lovely restaurant 4. Bring your own floatie or rent one for 1000ft deposit 600ft fee 5. Add the “wellness” package. It’s the jacuzzis and saunas and you won’t want to miss those. 6. Stay at least four hours! 7. Bring your own towel 8. ENJOY!!!

One of the most varied relaxation baths in Hungary. We can find huge outdoor and indoor water surfaces, spacious rest areas. Everyone who gets here can fit safely.

In the summer we were on a 5 days vacation in the spa ... The spa resort is well-equipped, maintained and in the large area joins adults, children and pensioners. Lots of different healing waters of various temperature (under 40°), swimming pool, whirlpools, water slides. Everything under the supervision of loving staff. There is a choice of a wide range of catering. We loved the langoes, their typical specialty. The information is in all essential languages and everything is clear. We come back here. I do not recommend longer stay than 7 days.

Free parking area, but too small for the main season. You can pay with credit, or debit card card too. Family ticket 2+2 cost 9900FT or 33 euros/day. If you want save money coise payment in FT. We couldn´t found our changing room and lockers, it´little bit complicated for the first visit.Inside area is divided in two areas 1. spa contains 4 pools and relax area contains swiming pool, sea pool, children pool and some slides and both areas contains enough deckchairs for visitors. Inside is only a pub, a cake shop and a bigger fast food area where you can pay with the credit card too. It is worth to relax there.
