We rented two bikes at the same time from RMM West Palm, and rode to Captiva and back. Just an excellent experience all the way around. All the guys who I spoke to ( Jeff JR and Ron) at several times during the process to get the bikes reserved then rented were terrific and accommodating. We even stupidly while on the west coast accidentally locked the key fob in the lock box on the RT and after a few moments on the phone with patient Jeff (who was already offering to ride 80 miles to us to deliver another key) we figured out the solutions as we had accidentally hit the all lock button. Darn these new fancy electronic bikes HA! . Great time great bikes and great guys well run. Thanks G&M
