West Linn is a city in Clackamas County, Oregon, United States. Now a southern suburb within the Portland metropolitan area, West Linn has a history of early development, prompted by the opportunity to harvest energy from nearby Willamette Falls. It was named after U.S. Senator Lewis F. Linn of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, who had advocated the American occupation of Oregon as a counterclaim to the British. As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 25,109.

My husband and I always enjoy wine tasting and purchase at Oswego Hills. A true delight to the wine connoisseur, and there is a wine that delights no matter whose! Family and friends can bring picnic or their own hors d'oeuvres and sit outside or enjoy a bit of time with that special person. The family that owns the winery is delightful and many years of hard work have paid off to offer a great variety of wines which we really enjoy!

Camassia has evolved and gained accessibility over the past two decades to offer a distinct trailhead and orientation to the special meadows preserved here. At peak bloom, you can expect to see carpets of color of camas and rosy plectritis ranging throughout the oak savannah restored on this bluff above West Linn. At this time of year, Nature Conservancy volunteers populate the area to offer insights and answer questions about the flora and fauna found here. It’s a great short loop for families and fairly easy walking for those with independent mobility. Birders are likely to ID dozens of species in a single visit! Stay on trail to avoid misfortune with native poison oak.

The View! The Live Music "Steve Hale" ! The Service! The WINE! We had a wonderful afternoon on the patio. I am a particular fan of the sisters Rose on a hot and sunny day. My Husband preferred the Pinot Noir reserve ( it was yummy too) Highly recommend!
We are a winery and vineyard located in just a short 20 minutes from Portland OR. We grow award winning Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The winery is set on 23 acres and has beautiful setting for a quick outing.
I am a Certified Bob Ross Instructor and artist. I have 8 years experience teaching the Bob Ross Wet-On-Wet Oil Painting Technique; specializing in landscapes, seascapes, and florals. I have been painting Bob Ross style paintings since I was a little girl and I teach out of my home studio as well as other arts centers in the area. My favorite thing about teaching is proving to someone who has never picked up a paint brush, that they too, can complete an entire painting of "happy trees" in one day! Seeing the joy on my students faces by the end of class is always a treat! As seen on the PBS “The Joy of Painting” Program, the Bob Ross Wet-on-Wet Technique is easy to learn, even for beginners. You will be able to complete an entire oil painting in just one class. This method leads you step by step into the wonderful world of art. You will arrive at my home studio in West Linn where we will spend the next 4 to 5 hours painting a preselected painting as a group. I will teach yo
