One of the most enjoyable kayaking experiences I've ever had. I had never heard of a kayak trail before. What a great idea. Paddling through a cypress tree swamp on a marked trail with low cover and some tight turns was pretty cool. I was hoping I'd get lucky and see more than turtles and birds. Maybe next time! I went early on a Sunday in September and I was the only one out there. By the time I finished there were a half dozen cars in the lot with kayak racks. I'm sure in the summer it can be quite popular. Regardless, I highly recommend.

Great venue. Different styles of seating- indoor and outdoor. The outside patio was super fun. There were many types of games for the guests to choose from. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They had 17 choices of their own beers and a couple of guest taps. They also had Childress wines and three meads to choose from. We tried a couple of flights and really liked each one. The British Golden Ale and the Blackberry cream ale were our favorites by far! We also took home a jar of honey- the head brewer also raises bees- it was excellent! We will be back for sure!

Great store with a large selection of things such as ice cream, jellies/jams, pickled okra, homemade soaps, dog supples, and things to put in your garden. Staff is super friendly!
