Breakout Swansea is Wales’s premier escape game. Immersed in teams of 2-6, you have 60 minutes to find the clues, solve the puzzles and (hopefully) Escape!
Thoroughly enjoyed our experience completing the Mumbles Bunker room. Having been to other escape games previously, it definitely compares well (perhaps better than some others!) and the game itself was great. Not too difficult but enough of a challenge and something for everyone to help out with / complete. Our host was Ash and he did a great job as game-master. Would definitely go back to try some different rooms!

Escape Rooms Cardiff is a real-life escape game which requires up to 6 players to work together to find hidden clues and solve puzzles to escape a themed room before the 1-hour timer runs out. There are a lot of objects, codes and hints to find - you have to think quick, think smart and work as a team if you want to make it out in time!

Locked in a room for one hour with the clock counting down... can you follow the hints and clues to make it out in time or will you be trapped... forever? (note: we can't actually trap you forever because apparently that's "against the law" so don't worry if you don't make it out in time we'll still open the door for you.... maybe...) Devastate Swansea has a strong horror theme throughout all of our games from our super scary games rated 18+ to our less scary "more creepy" games such as "escape wonderland" There escape games... but not as you've seen them before.

Escape Reality is a fully immersive escape room experience where teams of 2-6 players must solve a series of challenging puzzles to escape in 60 minutes! Escape Reality can accommodate large groups of up to 36 people comfortably inside the rooms every hour. Located in the heart of Cardiff, Escape Reality has an exclusive bar and social area making the experience perfect for any kind of event. Prices between £16-£22 per person, open 7 days a week!
We had a fantastic experience at escape reality completing the heist room which was a great room with lots of different puzzles to complete. The iPad that you are given to get your clues on is a great was to do it as it makes you think for yourself before trying to get a clue. If you seem to be getting really stuck the game master you have comes into the room either by you pressing the button or you looking completely puzzled like we did! We had Charlie as our games master who was brilliant! If we come to Cardiff again we will definitely go back!

A fun and engaging live escape the room experience, suitable for groups of 2-14 people. Your team is locked in a room with mysterious and hidden objects. With only these objects as clues you have 60 minutes to escape. You cannot succeed alone, only by working together will you have a chance at escaping. Adventure Rooms is perfect for tourists, families, students and team building groups. Do you accept the challenge?
My family went to AR Cardiff for a family event. Youngest player was 11 and oldest 56 and everyone enjoyed! Half of us played Black Queen and the other half played Mad Scientist. The game masters Tobias and Lowri were amazing, anticipating when we needed hints on our screens to stay on track and also when we wanted to figure things out alone - they were very intuitive with how we wanted to play. The puzzles were challenging and engaging and were well timed, making the experience great fun from start to end! Thank you Tobias and Lowri!

I arranged an evening at Locked In North Wales for a group of 13 colleagues. It was absolutely brilliant. We all loved it and had a great evening. We were split into 3 teams so it made it even more competitive!! The rooms were fantastic! I was in the Prisoner of War room and we almost didn’t make it out, very well set up and certainly got us working as a team! I had been in contact with Ash for a few weeks before to arrange everything and he was brilliant at organising it all and responding to my several emails. Nothing was too much trouble! Highly recommend Locked In North Wales and can’t wait to return to try out the other rooms!

An escape room is a physical adventure game in which players are locked in a room and have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles and escape within the set time limit. After the initial briefing covering the general rules, a game master will show you to your room. Your group will enter and get acclimatised before the game master leaves you. Once the door is closed, a video introduction will play, introducing the room’s theme, storyline and giving you instructions on how to get started. Your group will then begins exploring the room, looking for clues and solving puzzles and challenges to ultimately find the code to escape the room within the set time limit. You can ask for clues if you get stuck during the game and these will be displayed on the countdown monitor in the room.

You and up to five friends are locked in our themed room for 60 minutes and have to escape. Sounds simple? You’ll need to work together as a team to decipher clues, complete puzzles and work out exactly what’s real and what’s not if you want to beat our puppet masters. Whether you’re new to escape rooms or a seasoned expert, we’re sure you’ll be surprised.
I went to the escape rooms with my girlfriend and some mutual friends for what was essentially our third date and we’re still together now, so maybe that colours my opinion but we all had a great time!! The rooms were fun, immersive and story driven. A lot of thought had clearly gone in to making the puzzles fit within the theme and even the clue delivery systems matched the themes for each room and didn’t break the reality. We only went for one room but we enjoyed it so much and got lucky that they could squeeze us in for a second game the same day! Plus when you visit the escape rooms they give you a voucher for money off food and drink at a bar round the corner called Tiny Rebel so of course we ate there too and had a smashing afternoon all round. Best escape rooms I’ve seen and I’ve played about 10 now.

Pembrokeshire's first escape room, located at Heatherton World of Activities - just 3 miles from Tenby. Can you solves the puzzles and find the clues to escape in 60 minutes?
In the last month we've "Escaped" from both the Wizard's Lair and the Pirate Themed Captain's Treasure Room. Both were fantastic for different reasons. We've never done an escape room befor so 3 children and I started with the Wizard's Lair - which was a fantastic introduction to the game. We were able to solve the puzzles as we worked them out as there was no set order to solve them. Everyone joined in (young and old). The puzzles were challenging requiring lateral thinking and we all got a buzz from solving them. We loved the multi-room / hidden room concept. We did require quite a bit of help - but that didn't spoil the fun. This week we returned and all 6 of us completed the Captain's Treasure Room. This was definitely more challenging. Puzzles have to be solved in order or you won't progress through the rooms. We did need some help, although I think it was less than the first time. This is a fantastic experience. Everyone can join in and you get a real sense of achievement on completion. The "Gamesmasters" are great support and really add to the experience. We managed each room in about 60mins each - but you need to arrive approx 15mins before your timeslot - all in all you'll be here for about 90mins. Car parking is free and there's lots of it. There are loads of other activities on the same site for a longer visit. Wear comfy clothing. You can't use your phone inside to help you solve the puzzles! You need to book online before you go. We all thoroughly recommend the Escape Rooms!
