The Little Gin Shack

The Little Gin Shack is a boutique gin emporium in Wadebridge, North Cornwall near Padstow selling gins specially selected for their quality and taste. Whilst we have a good selection of gins created in our beautiful home county of Cornwall, we felt it important to include some of the very best from further afield. All our Gins are available to order online, but what we really enjoy is when people come and see us for a chat, a gin tasting, or even to create your very own flavour sensation! The Little Gin Shack is a lovely place to visit if you’re in the area, you’ll always be made to feel welcome. Take the opportunity to tap into Neil’s in-depth knowledge of each gin in the collection and how best to drink it.

What a Gem. Love this place. If you like gin this is the place to go. Neil and the Team are always very welcoming and not only do they have a vast array of gins (to sample, drink there or buy to take away) but they are also very knowledgeable and will guide you through until you find the one you really like (if you havent hit the floor by then lol) We were there with our Family, on a sunny evening last week and as always had a great time. Would highly recommend. Hopefully, see you again soon

Our family group of 7 comprised 3 adults and 4 children and everyone ( including the spectators) had a great time. Staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Safety was high on the agenda, but didn't detract from the thrills. Good opportunity for adults to go in junior cars and do a session with kids but then have a go on the adult only run with more powerful cars. Site was spotless and the coffee was great too! We're planning to come again.

Daymer Bay Beach

Even on a blustery cold day, an absolute pleasure. Plenty of parking, not free so dont forget to pay and display, though its a narrow approach so expect to do some shuffling round in season. Im pretty sure most people can accommodate that! Regardless, beautiful beach, we hit it when the tide was way out so had the choice of directions to wander, opting for the Polzeath direction. If you take the coast path its a couple of miles to Polzeath and a cuppa!! Lovely wide open beach at low tide with great views. Of note, or at least we enjoyed seeing it, were the striped rocks. Super colours, what amazing things nature gives us! Overall a good couple of hours out, though longer could be spent quite easily. Dog friendly, and as with all Cornwalls great beaches please pick up after your dog and keep it this way. Thanks!!

Regal Cinema

The Regal is a twin cinema in the charming town of Wadebridge, established in 1930. We look forward to welcoming you soon.

What an incredible cinema - it pays homage to the old school independent picture houses and pulls it off majestically. Service is excellent, prices are competitive, the popcorn tasty and the cinema itself is comfortable and inviting - it shows all the latest films too. A real antidote to the out of town brash multiplexes - this is a must visit with your family. You will not be disappointed. Parking is easy too and reasonably priced for Cornwall.

Bridge Bike Hire

Reviewed By mashy2008

We have visited this area numerous times over the last 11 years and always make a beeline for Bridge Bike Hire in Wadebridge for our holiday bikes. Everything about this place shouts professionalism from the advance booking procedure (and in previous years, pre-Covid, being able to book on the day), helpful staff, the current hygiene and socially distanced bike hire and return procedure, great quality and standard of bikes and helmets right thru to the puncture repair kit. The location of Bridge Bike Hire is perfect, right alongside the camel trail (with coffee shop, toilets, supermarket and parking at the rear plus new picnic area). No need to cross the busy road - you just get your bike and straight onto the trail (either towards Padstow or Bodmin). This really is a great place that year on year seems to improve its service and the practicalities of bike hire. Will definitely be back to hire again
