In Vienna, the coffee house isn’t just a hangout: it’s an institution. Lingering over a newspaper with a pastry and a strong espresso drink is, according to UNESCO, officially a Viennese cultural pastime. Walk off your slice of Sachertorte with a self-guided tour of the city’s stunning traditional, Secessionist, and modern architecture, such as the Imperial Palace, the State Opera House, the Kirche am Steinhof, or the Kunsthistorisches Museum, an exercise in ornate geometry.

For CENTURIES THE KAISERBRÜNDL has been regarded as the most distinguished and elegant bathing establishment in Vienna. The entrance leads into a friendly restaurant, which is open to dressed visitors free of charge, independent of the uninterrupted activities in the sauna. It has become a regular meeting place for good food and drinks already early in the afternoon. From there, you can enter one of the probably most beautiful and unique sauna for men in the world: three floors offer fitness, sauna, bio-sauna, steam bath, massage, frescobar, videos and much more. In the centre between Kärntner Straße (St. Stephens, U1, U3) and Parkring (Stadtpark, Hotel Marriott). Street entrance (on the right, green door)
Ignore the Debbie Downer reviews on here. Yes there are older men here (many out of shape) but there are young guys and older guys in good shape. During the week you might want to go earlier in the evening as these guys have to get up for work in the morning. I didn’t find attitude here...just a lot of fun????????
