Did the half day photo tour of Venice, Burano and Torcello with Simone and it was amazing! I learned so much about perspective and editing in the frame and took some really great shots with him. But I was also able to use what I learned to improve my pics later. My mother was with us and while she leaves the photography to me, she still really enjoyed the tour. Definitely worth the price!! You won’t regret it.

We are so happy that we decided to have a photographic session with Camilla as she not only capture the happiness and romance in the hair, but she was able portrait us as real family, playing and smiling with our little girl. Camilla took the time to get us relaxed and comfortable in front of the camera, waited for the right look in our eyes, let my girl play and decide where and when to have the pictures. She adjusted so naturally to our family, that our session became a pleasant afternoon framed in beautiful timeless photos. Moreover we were able to choose from so many fabulous shots to be used in our wedding web-site and invitations. We highly recommend Camilla if you are looking to frame your most beautiful memories <3

We had to cancel our trip to Italy and asked to Fiorella to organise for us another experience in Venice. She was our guide two years ago and was so nice to do a virtual tour from home just for us. She took a lot pictures of canaregio and the Jewish Ghetto and gave us a plenty of information. We really appreciate it! We were so glad to meet Fiorella again and talk a lot about Venice and Italy! Many thanks

Venice, this wonderful city rising out of the water, was one of the wonders in Europe, and during the 15th and 16th century one the richest in the Mediterranean Sea with a population of approx. 170.00 thousand inhabitants. More than 11.000 were courtesans...In a cosmopolitan and active city like Venice, at the time of the Serenissima the courtesan phenomenon found fertile ground. The Republic was not only the beating heart of a thriving commercial activity, but also a center of passage for merchants , for pilgrims, people on the move, foreigners of all sorts .Many were those who went to the lagoon due to the high number of precious relics. As many as those that arrived in the wake of the oriental routes for the sale of luxury goods. The phenomenon of prostitution flourished in this purely male environment. Like most activities it was not only controlled by the city government but also used as a tool to maintain public order Let’s explore the Venetian courtesan culture

Nadia is incredibly passionate about Venice and her love of her city shows through. My family and another family (4 adults, 3 children) spent four hours with her - three walking around and one on a boat. I told her we had been to Venice multiple times over the years and wanted to bypass the 'typical' tourist sites. I laid a desire for a theme (history and Venice as the natives see it) and she prepared a wonderful tour. Her pacing was spot on and the tour kept building until the very end. She set the ending time to conclude with an on-the-water view of St Mark's Square. Both families were incredibly impressed and kept talking about the tour long into the evening and next day. She kept the interest of children and adults alike. I can't recommend her enough. Please find her at friendinvenice dot com and send her an email. Whether you've been to Venice a thousand times or this is your first visit -- you'll learn something new and see parts you've never seen before. Bravo, Nadia!

A secret walking tour to explore together the best preserved and authentic face of the city: narrow streets and canals, beautiful squares with wells and churches… it allows you to get to know the area of the city less frequented by the bustle of tourists and more authentic in contrast of the classic tourist rout numerous examples of places that are little known to visitors but that certainly merits a visit.

The tour was good however, there was a lot of focus on the art in the palace rather than the history. I would have preferred to hear more about the history of the palace, government and Venice in general over its long history

Guide and water transportation picked us up at our hotel on time. Guide was very friendly - knowledgeable and accommodating. The glass experience was incredible - the artist made several pieces in front of us. Opportunity to view and purchase pieces. The family at the glass shoppe was superb - they even made a couple of special requests for us while we waited and watched. Guide then took us to a lunch spot she recommended - walked us to the spot and introduced us to the owners who treated us like royalty - with no reservation on a packed day. All in all - a great time for my family
