We are a small but nice canoe center in Sweden, about 20 km north of Säffle beside the big lake Vänern. Our canoe center is located between the large popular canoe areas Dalsland-Nordmarken, the Glaskogen nature reserve and the northeastern lake district Glafsfjorden and Värmeln. Due to the ideal location can we offer you a variety of different canoe tours. From one-day "trial paddling" to multi-week canoe tours, from northern Värmland and back. Very popular are our combined tours, bicycle canoeing and hiking in Glaskogen.

Welcome to Karlstads Paddlarklubb. Here you can rent kayaks or canoes for enjoyable trips on the water surrounding Karlstad. During the summer om 2019, you can also rent Stand Up Paddleboards.

Arvika Kanot & Turistcenter offers you canoe trips in one of Sweden's richest water area with almost 800 km canoe trails. The many lakes and rivers in and around Arvika invite to fantastic canoe tours in various nature. The Arvika Kanot & Turistcenter offers several tours for new beginners as well as for the more experienced person and are suitable for individuals, families and groups. The canoe tours are in Glaskogen, Rinnen, Josse alv, Kola alv, Varmeln or Lillalven. All canoe trails are marked on Arvika Friluftskarta. Canoe packages offer are including a canoe (2 persons), paddles, extra paddle, lifejacket, canoe cart, rope, sponge, tarpaulin, waste-bags, route description and maps as well as transport on some of the tours. You can buy provisions packages and kitchen- and outdoor equipment are for rent. It is also possible to rent a canoe for individual trips. At the canoe center you can also try climbing in the high rope course.

Branas alpine ski resort has 29 runs, 20 lifts (including a gondola) as well as a drop of 415 meters. This drop is also the 10th largest vertical drop in Sweden. Branas ski resort is family friendly and offers great quality skiing.

Kayak paddling from Inre hamn (Inner Harbour) in Karlstad. We can also arrange longer trips and transport the kayaks to other places in the area.

We arrange outdoor-programs for the whole family. You can book the programs named on the website or you can make your own program.
