Fantastic experience learning how to make traditional Paella Valenciana. The class started with an informative trip to the market and then fun instruction on a hands on class. Highly recommend! Nothing that I would change. If you like paella this is a must do. Take some extra time to find the class location unless you are familiar with the city.

For travelers visiting Valencia, we have Paella workshops as well as other traditional dishes from Valencia. We do these workshops in English or Spanish. Workshops are hands-on and explained carefully so that you can make paella at home. Our workshops include participatory cooking class, recipes, a sit-down lunch/dinner at our family style table, your first two drinks included; beer, wine and other refreshments.
