North America's biggest and most popular ski resort, Vail is an alpine village in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Long a favorite of serious skiers and jet setting celebrities, Vail now also draws a younger, hipper snowboarding crowd. Skiing is king at Vail Mountain and the Blue Sky Basin, but the area's vast splendor is perfect for hiking, biking, snowmobiling or scenery-gazing at any time of the year.

This great little Spa is easy to overlook. It sits in the Manor Vail Lodge building just across the parking lot at the Golden Peak bus stop. What a great find after a full day on the mountain. They have all the foot baths and aroma therapies you would ever want. I go for the standard massage. Felix is the best masseur. He’s a true therapist who knows just how to stop the hurting.

After traveling and dealing with jetlag, the spa manager Sunny advised me to try the floating tank followed by the gemstone massage, which i had never tried before. After the floating tank(loved being warm and weightless), i was greeted by a big smile, a gentle voice, and a sorbet and guided to the massage room ! Woah, this amazing combination put me in a state of absolute peace and relaxation. Chelsea gave me an absolutely incredible massage which got me to melt away. My body felt very light, and my heart very happy and satisfied.I truely felt amazing. I would highly recommend these treatments, on top of that the whole staff is genuinely kind, which to me is pricelss. Thank you . I ll be back !

WOW!!! A massage with Samantha is more of an experience! I have had many massages but have never had a massage like this! It was very comprehensive, so relaxing, many different and unique components involved that Samantha incorporates in her massages! I cannot wait to schedule another one! Amazing!!!

Luxurious spa located at Sonnenalp Resort.
Thoroughly enjoyed my first massage in way too long, and couldn't have had a better therapist and experience. The Sonnenalp Spa is always a wonderful place to visit and this time was no exception. Jenn Miller delivered a perfectly serene deep tissue massage. I opted for the CBD enhancement which was a first for me. It lives up to the hype, delivering much needed muscle pain relief. The additional hygiene protocols made me feel safe and comfortable to relax. Looking forward to coming back.

* The VRC currently has restrictions due to Covid. See our site for details. Members and guests enjoy all year at the Vail Racquet Club: Summer or winter, guests are delighted to discover our relaxing environment at our mountain side location. Amenities include a 2,800 square foot fitness center, 9 seasonal, tennis courts, fitness classes, year round, outdoor lap pool, 2 hot tubs (one adult only), locker rooms with steam and sauna. Massage Services are also available by appointment. The Vail Racquet Club is a membership based health club facility that also offers guests staying in the area a daily usage fee of just $20 per person per day.
We have stayed at Racquet Club for over 30 years. We love it. It’s a mature Condonminium community that is well cared for, maintained and improving. The Club is fantastic - with an outdoor 25. meter pool, yoga classes, weight room, tennis courts, new locker rooms (2018) and more. The finishes in the condos vary - as the interiors are improved by the unit owner - not the HOA. Most owners keep their unit relevant and current in a comfortable manner. We have never been disappointed. East Vail is quiet compared to Vail Village or to Lionshead Village. So, no bar or other night noises. Recommended.

"Goat Yoga Classes, Horseback Rides, and a Saloon with the Happiest Hour in town. The Goats run wild and the kids play in the sand. Located one mile from downtown Vail, CO. The views of Vail Mountain from our location are spectacular! Humans enjoy an exclusive opportunity to ride in the peaceful forest on beginner friendly to advanced gentle horses, that like to trot, if you so desire. Goat Yoga classes are held most days. The saloon is open weird hours with cold brew, wine and spirits. Enjoy a free game of corn hole or washers or free redneck bowling."
My husband and I booked the 2 hour Dark Timber Trail, it was AMAZING and Sara our guide was THE BEST! My husband and I had two very spirited horses named Chester and Bart which only made our ride that much more entertaining! I did read reviews before I booked it and the negative ones could not be more far off from the experience we had! I highly recommend Vail Stables and the 2 hour Dark Timber trail, some of the most beautiful views I have ever seen! We stayed after for Wine with goats, which was super fun. The goats are so cute and a lot of fun! It was worth every penny and we will definitely do it again the next time we are in Vail.. Whatever you do DO NOT listen to the people who left bad reviews they are probably just complainers. Thank you Vail Stables and Sara for a wonderful experience.

RockResorts Spa at The Arrabelle--a luxurious, 10,000-square-foot slopeside retreat in the heart of Colorado's majestic Rock Mountains--sets the standard in luxury, elegance and comfort. The spa's exceptional, alpine-inspired treatments incorporate natural ingredients and aromas indigenous to the area-from mountain juniper and lavender to white pine and cedar. Its dedicated therapists perform timeless rituals that will soothe your muscles, rejuvenate your skin, heighten your senses, and improve your feelings of health and well-being.
Corrie was amazing! She was so friendly and kind...everyone was kind. Setting a reservation was easy. Initially, I chose this location because it was more pocket friendly than the Four Seasons but I wouldn't go to the Four Seasons even if I could...this experience was A+++++. I scheduled an early appointment on a Thursday and was able to enjoy the amenities alone for the most part. The ladies locker room is equipped with more amenities than I had imagined. A tip for my plus size ladies...robes are already in the lockers but there are XL robes in front of the bathroom stalls (don't know if these fit better but I didn't figure this out until after I was done with my service). The relaxation room is a dream...water sounds, relaxing music and a nice assortment of teas makes the experience. The lounge chairs are very comfortable as well. I love that they don't allow phones because the point is to relax and meditate until you're called for your services. I recommend a wellness day for anyone on vacation but it's especially helpful on a day after the slopes. Bonus: you can purchase a day pass and use the facilities even if you're not receiving services. If you are receiving services, you have access to the facilities ALL DAY. I'm traveling with friends so I couldn't take advantage of that this time, but I totally will in the future.
