The first section of the hike travels through the forest of the mountain, allowing you to enjoy a nice meditative walk for 600 meters in the midst of indigenous plants and trees. The hike then continues to a section where you can enjoy magnificent views towards Port Louis and other peaks of the Moka range. Following 700 meters you will reach the shoulder of the mountain, at an altitude of 736 meters. This section is basically a large slightly inclined grassy land, providing amazing views towards the south and northeastern part of Mauritius. The hike continues to the peak. The last part towards the summit requires some rock scrambling. Once you arrive to the summit, be rewarded with an incredible 360-degree panoramic view. Whilst on the summit you are given enough time to relax and receive more information about your surroundings. Make your way back to the meeting point with your professional mountaineer ensuring your security the entire way.

Explore and discover the 13 falls of the Tamarind Falls (7 Cascades) while trekking into the wild and lush green forests of the canyon. Unlike the common way to explore the 7 Cascades, the trek begins off the beaten track where you will be heading to the base of all the connected waterfalls. As from there, accompanied by our experienced and certified mountaineer, you will be trekking into enchanted rainforests of the Tamarind Falls, filled with exotic plants and birds. The trek includes; walking in the woods, multiple river crossing, relaxing in a natural jacuzzi, enjoying a waterfall massage, experiencing the "fish pedicure" and 3 rock scrambling sections which can be tackled by trekkers with little to no experience in trekking. You will also have enough time to relax and enjoy the astonishing views of all the falls. Jumping from one plateau to another is prohibited. Guests must have a good level of fitness and not having any fear of heights.
