Historic farmhouse given as a land grant by the Portuguese government to José de Campos Brandenburg. Had concession area more than three allotments getting confirmed order in 1770. Currently, the headquarters of the Fazenda do Socorro, all in Portuguese colonial style opens its doors receiving tourists.
