I felt transported into a Vegas casino with wonderful slots to choose from. Everyone was very helpful. I found a fun machine and within ten minutes doubled my money with free spins. So much fun. ONLY downside is the intense cigarette smell. It was unescapable and a bit overpowering. As a non-smoker I am not sure I could stay long but found it a very nicely run casino and would like to return for a longer visit and hope the ventilation would be better.

My wife and I visited this "vinegarden" just a few miles east of our hotel (the Tallman Hotel in Upper Lake, CA). It is beautiful and continues the Fetzer wine legacy into the next generation. Not only is it organic in practice, but it also endeavors to restore nutrients to the soil by mingling other organic operations (chickens, sheep, olives, nut trees, lavender, etc., into an integrative whole. The wine is just great and will only improve as time goes on. The grounds border Clear Lake. The architecture is Mediterranean, like an old mission updated. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Nature tours on beautiful Clear lake. Birding tours, photography tours and special occasion tours including weddings, birthdays etc. Boat holds up to 11 people.
Faith is an excellent guide and has a lot of information and interesting facts to share about the birds in the area. She did a very reasonably priced private boat tour for us and guided us on the best times to visit. We saw ospreys,...MoreSo glad you enjoyed yourself. Your company was fun and your fascination for wildlife was great. Thank you. Faith

We attended a special event at the tasting room where they were featuring wines from only one winery. While those weren't our favorites, we really enjoyed the experience. Normally they seem to have a large variety of wines available for tasting, though we unfortunately didn't have a chance to make it back the following day. There is a cozy seating area, as well as plenty of space at the tasting bar, and they also sell neat items for the home. Lastly, we had the opportunity to chat with the owners, who were very welcoming and enjoyable to speak with.

The store is designed to bring a smile to your face which everyone needs now a days. Customers say it is like going back in time. As you find something to spark a great memory as a child. It was kind of a goal to do that very thing to people. It features a museum of 750 Lunchboxes plus one of the LARGEST Generic Vinyl Cases COLLECTION in USA, shelves filled with lunch boxes, bobby soxer ponytail accessories, cards, action figures, 8 track tapes, carnival items, front strike match books, Marx pinball machine games or toys, Year Books, Star Wars, Star Trek, Indiana Jones, Starting Line-Up sports, MIB collectibles and anything whimsical that we come across. Email us or call us if you want a private tour experience. We are on bus routes, across the street from a marina on Clear Lake, and right on highway 20 East between Highway 101 and I-5 North.
I would have enjoyed coming here but the hours of operation seem to be few and far in between.
She said call, I did that too. oh well

The owner, Ann, is a lovely lady who really loves her store. She has an array of items for sale, many from local artisans. We order local honey to be shipped. Worth the stop!
