Back in the early 1900s, Had and Lou Deane were a colorful pair who raised cattle, horses, and a family on their rustic mountain ranch just outside of Aspen. Their parents and grandparents were Aspen’s founding fathers and earliest settlers. Today T-Lazy-7 is as busy as ever with the fourth and fifth generations of the Deanes running the ranch. Guests enjoy this mountain paradise for weddings and events, while recreational enthusiasts take part in snowmobile tours, horseback riding and fly fishing. T-Lazy-7 Ranch’s past is as rich as its future is bright, and we’re looking forward to many more years of wonderful mountain memories ahead.
The tour was breathe-takingly beautiful and I would highly recommend this adventure! Elyse & Burger were incredible guides - very kind, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. As a first time snowmobile driver, I had lots of fun on the ride with my family as well as the guides. We totally lucked out and were able to drive over to Maroon Bells for an awesome view of the Maroon Peak, which was a huge highlight for us!! THANK YOU Elyse & Burger for a wonderful wonderful adventure in Aspen!

While visiting our family-owned farm, there is plenty of time for pictures and reindeer hugs. After the reindeer walk, we’ll head inside to learn a bit more about reindeer while enjoying homemade cookies and drinks. We operate in any weather, all year, so appropriate clothing is a must. Reservation Required, book a walk on our website! With Covid19 protocols we are very serious about health. We provide touch less options, sanitize before and after each visit, stay outside the entire tour and all persons must wear a mask while visiting our ranch.
Truly enjoyed our time...family of reindeer loved by Jane, Doug, and Alex. Hard to decide best part: Walking with the fall leaves, petting the reindeer, learning all 11 of their names, or the yummy cookies at the end. A must see when in Fairbanks!

Go on a high-quality, guided safari on a working exotic game ranch in Tampa Bay, Florida.
The owner and tour guide gave a fascinating safari tour, which allowed us up-close views of the animals he manages at the ranch. The giraffes, camels, and ostriches were incredibly significant to see. However, there were zebras, deer, tapirs, rhinos, hippos, and more. It is well worth the ticket cost to see these beautiful animals and hear how they thrive.

We would highly recommend Farm Tours of Ocala. The owner, Karen, provided a wonderful tour of several horse farms where we were able to see the full spectrum of caring for and breeding thoroughbreds and Arabian horses. With Karen's decades of experience and invaluable connections, we got beyond the gates and behind the scenes, providing us with a very rare opportunity well worth the price of admission! If you love horses, you will love this tour.

Wondrerful trail ride leaders Grace and Brayden made sure we knew all we needed to have a relaxing horseback ride to view the beautiful Palo Duro Canyon; an as an added bonus we got a history lesson on the area. So nice to see young ladies being so refreshingly responsible!

Our founders, the Thompsons, connected over a mutual love of animals, and thereafter discovered an unknown breed of horse, developed by British Gypsies, while traveling through the English countryside. After a four-year journey to understand these horses and the culture that created them, they took part in naming them, the Gypsy Vanner horse. The Gypsy Gold Farm is home to the first 16 registered horses of a breed that's now 6,000 animals strong with registries . Their 40-acre farm is a Central Florida Trip Advisor favorite, education and cultural oasis, where visitors learn about one of the most colorful and least understood societies on earth and the magical Vanner Horses they envisioned. Farm tours are available every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday at 10:00 am and last for two hours. Tickets may be purchased on our website.
When you visit Gypsy Gold Horse Farm you are not just going to see a very special breed of horses, but you are going to learn about a way of life. Dennis has such a knowledge and obvious passion for the Gypsy Vanner horse that I could have listened all day as he told us about the origins of his beautiful horses and the lives of the peoples who bred them As we toured the paddocks and spent time with the beautiful gentle horses Dennis gave visitors time to pet and photograph them. We learned more about the characteristics of the breed, and were able to experience their personalities for ourselves. Is Gypsy Gold Horse Farm worth visiting again? That has to be a resounding yes, once is never enough to see the Gypsy Vanner Horses.

Seven Stars Alpaca Ranch was amazing! Our guide, Sonia, was so nice and explained everything as we went around the ranch. You can tell she cares a lot about her animals and is willing to answer any and all questions about them. She offers to take your picture with the animals, and you can pet them. The little gift shop is amazing too, with items even made from the fur of the alpacas on the ranch! This is an excursion you won't regret!
