Discovery Station Assisi

Discovery Station Assisi (DSA) is a private nonprofit Children's Science and Technology Museum located at the Assisi Train Station. It is funded primarily through donations collected from offering world class tourist information/services from quick day planning, accommodations, AVIS car rental, DHL Express shipping and expatriate consulting. DSA provides programs for all ages available for individuals, schools, groups and private parties featuring Arduino, LEGO Mindstorms, Makey Makey and beyond. Come play in our intelligent playground featuring the 12 meter long 4 meter high Subysaurus modelled after "Sue", build a robot, practice your language skills and relax in the DSA WiFi lounge.

CIAC - Centro Italiano Arte Contemporanea, il polo rappresenta il punto d’arrivo di una attenzione diffusa e crescente della Città verso la ricerca artistica contemporanea iniziata negli anni Sessanta con importanti Mostre; Convegni di estetica; contatti frequenti con protagonisti dell’arte italiana e internazionale e un collezionismo autorevole. Al primo piano vengono allestite mostre temporanee tra i nomi esposti Carlo Maria MAriani/Hermann NItsch / Ugo La Pietra / Giuseppe Stampone / Gabriele Basilico / Giuseppe Agnetti / Omar Galliani / Sandro Chia e tanti artisti Umbri, italiani ed internazionali. Al piano meno uno è sposta la collezzione Permanente della Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Foligno, che conta la sua opera principale la "Calamita Cosmica" esposta presso il secondo polo CIAC ex Chiesa della SS.Trinità in Annunziata, sempre a Foligno in Via Garibldi 153a.
