Il birrificio agricolo San Felice, con sede a Massa Martana (Umbria), nasce dall'entusiasmo, dalla continua ricerca di sperimentazione dei fratelli Paolo e Francesco Orsini e dalla passione per l'agricoltura del loro padre Carlo. L'impianto è stato realizzato lungo la via Flaminia a pochi passi dalla chiesa di Santa Maria in Pantano, una delle più antiche dell'Umbria, edificata sopra i resti si una "statio" doganale romana, dove alla fine degli anni Novanta gli Orsini hanno aperto un agriturismo recuperando edifici ed annessi agricoli. L'azienda agraria produce cereali, orzo distico per la produzione della birra, miele ed olio di oliva. Creato all'interno dell'azienda agrituristica, il birrificio si avvale della consulenza del mastro birraio Dott. Riccardo Antonelli per creare birre sempre nuove e sperimentali, garantite da una scelta accurata di materie prime sempre di prima qualità per birre uniche e mai scontate nei loro sapori. THE MICROBREWERY The ethic microbrewery DieciNove is located in the historic center of Spello, a small village in the province of Perugia, at the foot of Mount Subasio. In the micro-laboratory adjacent to the tasting room are produced monthly about 18 hectoliters of beer characterized by the use of so-called "Forgotten Fruits". Given the peculiarity of our production, the company is always looking for high quality products. The raw materials used in the manufacturing process are in fact monitored and controlled before use. For malts we chose semifinished of high quality, which as well as to guarantee us a 100% traceability, allow us to devote more attention to the process of flavoring beer. The product, which do not add preservatives of any kind, is neither pasteurized nor filtered, but re-fermented in the bottle to keep the property of the raw beer.
