Very nice place to visit any time of the year but in the month of August main Korean Holidays it is realy good. Lots to eat drink and a beautiful stretch of beach which you can camp on. There is plenty of activities water sports etc and some great coffee shops where you can have a coffee and look at the beautiful view.
