This set of ruins off the beaten path exceeded expectations. In addition to the temple itself, there are the ruins of an entire ancient city to explore, as well as ongoing excavations to observe. A short drive from Ayvalik up the hill and we came to this place. The views from the top were very pretty. Unfortunately, a big storm was about to start at that time, thunder, lightnings here and there, so we quickly took pictures and left.:))) there are different restaurants, cafes, should be nice to sit there and then walk around more in a good weather.

Excelent place to visit in the evening. Here is the old port of the island, a lot of terraces with turkish and greek food.
