Tubarão is a small town, but Farol Shopping is a big town shopping mall. Very nice to spend some time with or without children; wide range of shopping choices, restaurants (most fast food), cinemas... It's all there.

Parque muito bonito e bem planejado, com estrutura para lazer com a família e amigos, proporciona uma excelente experiência ao ar livre. Ideal para estar com a família, amigos, fazer atividades físicas, passear com bichinhos de estimação.

Museu localizado no Centro Municipal de Cultura (CMC), no centro da cidade, na Praça Sete de Setembro. Conta com as obras: quadros, esculturas, homenagens, etc., do artista tubanorense Willy Zumblick. O museu tem uma arquitetura interessante, com uma rampa espiral com as telas do artista, contando a história de Tubarão e da região. Apesar de o prédio estar carente de reparos, é possível fazer uma visita.

The train museum at Tubarão City (shark in english) is open in work days and sometimes at Saturday, during the day. The place are not so attractive, but are the environment is exciting, even the parking lot, inside the train garage.
So many locomotives and trains, more then 30. There are technical machines too. Impressive the quantities and quality. Texas, Santa Fe and other brands. Many from Philadelphia. One from Skoda, Czech Republic. Marvelous!!!
Once in a month you can travel to some close cities around Tubarão City, go and come back the same day, about 4 hours the trip.
You can get in the cabin and take pictures as many as you want. Some locomotives are new ones, perfect. Some not.
The museum is inside a real and working garage, so many of the machines are in restoration process.
Its free to visit the trains and to get the trip you pay 60 reais, about U$30.
For sure, deserve a visit!!!

Já tinha estado ali antes, mas desta vez não foi possível visitá-lo novamente, pois estava fechado em razão das férias de seus funcionários, de 21.12.2017 a 02.02.2018.

Esse pub é tudo de bom, tem uma cerveja muito maravilhos, brinquei dizendo que é o pub do Jack porque na sala de sinuca tem na parede um pinrura do Jack Sparrow muito legal. Vale a pena dar uma passada lá quando for a Tubarão.

A Hangar é uma casa de shows que traz atrações durante todo o ano. O ambiente é bem decorado, caprichado, e com vários setores (pista, camarote, mezanino).
