Traverse City, known as a four-season playground, is now celebrated for quality cuisine, wine and culture. Miles of sugar-sand shoreline include the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore with romantic lighthouses and coastal villages. The glacier-sculpted landscape of orchards and vineyards includes 16 golf courses. Swimming, sailing, paddling, hiking and fishing are favorite warm weather activities, while winter turns the region into a playground for skiers, snowmobilers and snowshoers.

Awesome recommendation from Angela at the best Western Plus Hotel. We were looking for something to do and she suggestion this home town theatre that had brought countless hours of movie going to she and her family. We sat in the balcony and wow what great seats. This theatre is run by volunteers and they seem to love what they do. Greta movie selection, super prices and the atmosphere is amazing. Would highly recommend versus the generic big movie theater.

Traverse City's first escape room in the warehouse district. You are given 60 minutes to find all the clues, solve the puzzles and escape. This is a great team building exercise, bachelorette/bachelor party, everyday entertainment and mind blowing fun experience.

Really loved this beach. Parked literally about 30 feet from where we set up for the afternoon and put our kayaks in from the beach! Not too crowded, bathrooms, and great trees to provide shady areas.
